I love this store. I have to go there 2 to 3 times / year. I miss shopping at Century 21 in Bay Ridge. It is huge and a little chaotic but the stuff I find there is gorgeous.

I love going to the ladies department to Shop because Julissa from ladies gives me honest opinions about how i look. She makes me feel confident with the clothes i try on. I went there today and came out so happy. She's very helpful.

I am a very happy customer I love shopping at this location on shoes I went 2 weeks ago and some girl name perla really helped me a lot i thanks so much for her help she do all she can to keep her costumer happy I am so pleased with all the service she have provided.

Put it this way; if you're looking for something specific this is not the right place to shop because they can have different merchandise at random, they may sometimes have nice shoes and sometimes be out of shoes..but if you're looking to buy anything good looking at steep discounts without having anything in particular that you're looking for this is the perfect place to start.

Got my lovely SuperDry backpack, bike gloves, bike riding clothes here and I can never resist the Lindt chocolate each time I visit. I love this location, staff are friendly and lines are not long.

Century 21 at this location has well made trendy clothing with good value for your hard earned dollar!

Very stressfull long line I had the coronavirus very badly maybe that's why.
However I got what I was going for

The store has a great selection of items to choose from, just as cloths and shoes, price range from $5 and all the way up to $700 in shoe prices based on my experience.

Sometimes lucky with fashion finds but most staff is barely literate, totally unhelpful and can't care less. I feel bad for the managers since there are only few and they have to deal with untrained personnel and angry customers all day

Some employers are really nice, but some are very rude and unprofessional and really insane. They have really good prices.

Greatest place to find odds and ends at the lowest possible prices.

Great place to find cheap designer clothing but its usually hectic and unorganized but manageable for great shopping and savings

Affordable stuff. Just you have to check it out everytime you get a chance to find what you looking for. They don't have everything all the time... Same like Marshalls keep coming until you'll get it

Do to bankruptcy Century is closing all stores with 10% in housewares childrens, shoes and others bute some 30% in some clothes. Lines are very long outside and really long to check out.

Deals don't seem as good as it used to be. The bigger it gets the more dept store prices it gets. While still crowded its not nearly as bad the one near wall st.

Clean, bright, nice selection, fast lines, great return policy, great prices, one of the few retailers I still use.

optical service horrible mess up my prescription, and guess they will not do a thing about it am stuck with glasses that am in able to see through them

I like this store because I can usually find something that I like. I have bought really nice cardigans found in the women's department. I used to find nice jeans, but they have different styles now. Their hand bags are okay, but WATCH OUT for the cheap bags. They are not worth buying.

They have a large selection of wallets at reasonable prices. They have sunglasses too, but not to my liking. I don't really fancy their shoe department. I usually buy my umbrellas from this store. They have a variety at reasonable prices. I don't like that the store is located on two different streets.

I like to visit the Century that is located on Fulton street, especially in the Summer because it is flocked with tourists. I like meeting people from other countries.

Pretty good selection of clothing. Wish it was more like the manhattan c21.

I am disappointed with the policies of Century 21 regarding their own price matching. Last week I spent close to $800.00 dollars. The store was running 65% discount on clothing.
I returned on Monday with all of the merchandise purchased because I was informed Century 21 was now running 75% discounts. After speaking to a manager after I informed him that I just purchased all of the merchandise that I was in possession of on Friday at 65% he stated that unfortunately Century 21 doesn't price match and I would have to return all of the merchandise and take a chance by coming back the next day to repurchase the items. No guarantee they would be there.
In this present time you would think that Century 21 would be more accommodating since so many stores even the big ones are going out of business.
