The service, when it works, is of good quality, the problems arise with the management of any inefficiencies. At the end of 2017 we were in fact WITHOUT an active telephone line for over 45 - forty five days (disastrous for a veterinary first aid!) Due to billing problems between voipvoice and one of their suppliers. Only an email with vague apologies, for decency could at least suspend the invoices for the period of interruption of the service. Unfortunately, as reported on the voipvoice website, in the event that one of their suppliers has problems (and therefore creates them for the end customer) they "wash their hands". This very serious STICK on the service offered cannot be forgiven, if you have a business, consider well if you risk it.
