HQ is in the middle of nowhere. However staff a quite friendly and management allow flexible working. There is a lot of staff shedding and re hiring which isn't nice for employees.
Cannot make contact about having NO service. Local store only wants to sell phones. I'm cancelling the direct debit - Someone will no doubt contact me for money and I hope they take me to court! The bad publicity will give other people the idea of not paying. Then the clowns will either go out of business or fix the problems.
One of the worst companies for customer service that I have ever come across. Ordered a sim for my tablet from this point on it was 3 weeks of misery trying to activate and ultimately cancel the order but not before them taking money out my account, calling them four times and being passed from department to department and not one person I spoke to seemed to care. Aside from my company mobile (which I have no choice over) I will never use these jokers ever again. Just cancelled my wife's phone early to make a point to and will go to 3 or anybody else.

Complained to head office and they simply ignored me. In the process of taking them to an ombudsman, wish I never took out my contract with them. They do not care for customers at all.
Without a doubt the worst customer service of any company in the history of the world and all other worlds. Vodafone are dishonest and fraudulent I urge you to check all bills carefully as they randomly change plan charges for a much greater charge and hope you wont notice, Trying to correct this is a futile and painful experience.

I have been into The shop at Vodafone headquarters in Newbury numerous times. Each time I have received the best customer service. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful and each problem I have taken in has been resolved straight away. I now will not go to any other Vodafone shop. Each time i have been served by the same advisor bar once which is a gentleman named Joe. Definitely would recommend Vodafone for your service provider and if you have a problem go to the Vodafone shop at Newbury headquarters and you will be far from disappointed.

Good coverage in most places and good costumer support. Would recommend to all.
Simply the worst. Incompetent and rude. Over 12 months of problems. Even writing to Newbury got me nowhere, with cut and paste letters bearing no relevance to my case. I've used all the UK mobile providers now, but Vodafone are by far the worst.
No parking for contractors, but rest very convenient
customer service is a joke(rubbish) i now have to travel over 100miles. I've been with them for 5 years paying them a min of 45 a month to now 70 a month..

Unless you like being forced to pay for a service they will not provide. And then threatened with early termination fees if you want to go to a company that would. Do not use Vodafone for anything.
I went there with my chopping boards for a few hours and a group of other stalls and the reception was amazing

After 30+ years patronage of this company their response is utterly deplorable. Attempting to make contact with them is akin to removing your own teeth with rusty pliers.

Vodafone...a communications company have wasted 6 hours of my life which I will never get back....the most dreadful, dreadful customer services both on line, and in store. How they still manage to exist as a provider I will never know. Apple had a lucky escape when they offered them an exclusive deal all those years ago & Vodafone turned it down.
From half asleep assistants in store who couldn't or were unable to answer simple questions, to the wrong address being given to DPD for delivery....the list is endless.....
We're hanging on, yet again still days later trying to sort out a simple problem.
They don't deserve to be trading & I would be ashamed to say I work for them.

I can only offer advice and that would be NEVER EVER go with Vodafone, I have had nothing but problems for over 6 months at the moment with no signal as their masts do not work. Customer Service wow don't get me started very poor answering times, I think the shortest time I have been on hold is 75 minutes and with 2 songs being played over and over again it is very depressing. Can anybody help you when you get through, no - you simply get passed around to most departments before being cut off!!!!!!

I attended the King's Lynn, Norfolk store and was dealt with by the assistant manager, Ms Wilson. My visit to the store was preceded by 3 calls to Vodafone support (in India?) where two of the three different people could not even understand the problem which was created by an upgrade in Lollipop software from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1. The last person promised to call me back and failed to do so hence my visit to the store. The settings SMS'd to me by Vodafone following my calls to 151 could not be entered to the phone as the provided information was incorrect.
Ms Wilson understood the problem and took less than 5 minutes to enter the correct settings and have my Note 4 up and running again. She was fantastic. Polite, courteous and knew her subject.
