Great place to work. Lovely campus including lake, canteen, gym and great amenities.

Very modern building with a customer friendly atmosphere. Has a store there where you can buy phone accessories as well as somewhere you can buy coffee. Also operates as part of Vodafone HQ.

Fantastic place, i wish all HQ's looked like this. Not sure why people have based their review of the company on the building???

i got called today by the ruislip branch saying i had put a phone in there for repair and they needed the security code, i do not live anywhere that branch and have never been into it, the woman caller became obnoxious and threatened me that i would be billed for the repair phone.
she would not take in it was not me they wanted, she was threatening me with a bill i knew nothing about. after contacting vodafone on 191 they said it was the store that was calling me and i had sent my wife into the store with a phone, neither of us had been anywhere near that store, the opperator on 191 gave me a womans name and mobile number and said that was my wife, now i know who my wife is and her mobile number and it was not what 191 were telling me
vodafone still have me under suspicion of doing something i have not, they have threatend me with a bill i know nothing about and broken data protection passing another womans detailsd onto me and visa versa, at present i have had no appology nor has the other woman and as for the caller from the shop in ruislip i have never spoken to more obnoxious person in my life, vodafone will not speak to me on this matter it seems they are burrying their head in the sand wishing it will go away, it will not it will be passed on to the onbudsman

I only had to go here because I had a complete that no one could deal with at my local store. The staff where helpful and happy to serve me but I should not have had to go there In The first place.

On the phone to staff for 2 hours, yes 2 hours, who have no authority to make a decision, about anything. Poor reception continually and in response even worse customer service, Head Office have nobody you can speak to and guess what you get put back to a call handler - who can't make a decision, has no authority and guess what?? back on the phone for 40 minutes. EE, here I come.

Seems that they are too big to care about their customers!!

You have to believe that the Customer Service across the board at Vodafone is the most incredulously bad I have come across in my career

I Have a Apple 5S Sl no. DNRM2HJFFGC purchase for Newbury, now I m in India. Unfortunately it was replaced by Apple care India by Sl no. F2LP20N7FR66, but it is not working now, because its shows that Not Valid Sim. due to country lock. Since I was unlocked it on 18/07/2014 in india by your store. Apple care also suggest me that Vodafone will unlock it immediately.
Please unlock it again.

This is the Vodafone HQ. It is a very nicely maintained facility. Every building has got its own cafeteria plus an additional one which gives options for multicusine food for lunch. There is a wellness center as well which offers Gym and other activities as well. Wheelchair accessible entries in all building as well as parking. Good space to take short walk.

Poorly signed parking. Poorly signed customer services. BUT Kevin who helped me was absolutely fabulous. Can't thank him enough.

Wow. Great Office spread over 8-9 buildings. Ample car parking space

I have never experienced such shocking 'help' from a company. Shocking that it is from such a highly regarded company.
