USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THAT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR 14 MONTHS AND NOTHING GETS DONE.YOU JUST PASSED FROM 1 DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT TO BE TOLD LIES .AND THERE MANAGERS NEED TO GET THERE STORY'S STRAIGHT ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED...YE RIGHT !!!!! FUNNY THAT ONE... AFTER HAVING 14 MONTHS OF USELESS NETWORK WE WERE VERBALLY TOLD HE WAS PREPARED TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT WITHOUT NO COST TO OURSELVES BUT ON INVESTIGATION FROM THE SO CALLED BILLING TEAM THE PHONE CALL COULD NOT BE TRACED ALSO THE NOTES COULDN'T BE FOUND REGARDING THIS ........
