Vocelli Pizza Review

When I say I go here a lot ....I go here a lot like every other day to every other few days to grab lunch for myself and i workers. Nathan is good takes your order on phone very well and gets you in and out. The place isn t big enough to sit and eat, it s an order and go or pickup place. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because they do not deliver to mount Lebanon even though it s 5 mins away.Also I have called before and have gotten people other then Nathan and in the nicest way I can say possibly shouldn t be allowed to answer the phones and take orders. Every time I have to repeat my order more then twice, like once I think we are finally done the one guy would have had forgot what you said or don t know how to put it in the computer nothing is smooth and quick. Also because he don t know what he s doing has charged me more, but because I come here often I know the prices. Foods good Nathan s is good at taking orders.

I absolutely LOVE this pizza!!! So much better than those everyday chains. The staff was very personable & friendly. Made me feel like the really knew me!! I will definitely keep going back here.

Ordered subs, pizza, rolls, and chicken. Everything was decent, nothing spectacular. Staff seemed friendly. My problem was with the toppings, skimping or charging differently (pizza hut) is not acceptable. Do not care if it's mom and pop or chain. If I order extra and there is none I feel scammed .. period. There is a cool option when ordering online for extra cheese. Double, triple, and quad. I know previous orders at other Vocellis that the cheese is light and typically double is lacking as well. So I generally order triple. Our pizza was no different then my buddys who ordered just plain. Virtually no difference between single cheese and triple .. but yet I paid for triple cheese. Come on, there should be a clear difference between plain and triple extra cheese. So ehere did my money go? If doesn't matter that I'm only talking about $4, I paid. Here is the problem, if they use 1 cup of cheese, then extra cheese is an additional 1/2 cup. Though when you order its referred to as 'double'. It says it right on their website, and isn't double 1 cup actually 2 cups? Either way, I ordered triple, paid for triple, and had slightly more cheese than an identical size plain.

Pizza was okay nothing really to brag about. Delivery time was reasonable. And the prices were okay thanks to having coupons. The food did arrive hot and fresh. Not our favorite pizza place but we'll do for a quick bite or if they have specials available

We got their bread sticks and a couple pies -- the bread sticks were awesome; very soft and doughy. The pizzas were good as well; they seem to mention their sauce a lot on their adds. It's pretty good but nothing unusual or particularly unique; good overall pie with nothing particularly noteworthy.

I haven't ordered here in about a year, but figured I'd give this place another shot. The cheesy bread and the italian hoagie were delicious. However, the crust on my pizza tasted like straight cardboard and the only ingredient that had any flavor was the pepperoni. I hadn't reordered for this long due to the quality of the pizza.

Casual, Trendy, Pizzeria, Unique Pizza Crust (of course, she likes to make bread!). Less expensive, less pretentious, thinner menu than it's nearby corner cousin, Osteria Mozzarella.

Good Pizza's with good deals !! only take away or door delivery.

How is this place still in business.. Price vs quality is TERRIBLE

The food was great. Unfortunately the employees there didn't seem to think wearing masks was important during this pandemic. I feel differently.

This location had the most cheerful and helpful service.

Pizza is great but you need to clarify your order... just ordered a pepperoni, black olives and mushroom... got onions instead of mushrooms. Ultimate dissapointment, we all hate onions

Can't be bothered to answer the phone. Oil soaked mess of an excuse for bruschetta. If I wanted oil soaked bread I could've asked my 4 year old

Decent service, and delivery, and they sell things I like. It's my go-to!

We ordered a pizza and we way for over 2 hours terrible services never order from this place again thanks hope I get my money back

Ordered online tonight and I had made a mistake. The store called to verify what I wanted and delivered awesome food in less than a half hour. Great place, great food, fast delivery!!

Will never do business here again. Not after 24 health department violations including a rat infestation and an absurd amount of flies. Not very professional as employers either

I ordered for pickup when I arrived I was informed my food was sent out for delivery ? Wanted to make me wait another 25 minutes for replaced pizza... just save your time and go down the street to fioris instead

Ordered pizza at 7:15pm for delivery... they said 30 to 45 min... I called twice and they said driver is on the way with your pizza... after frustration at 9:10 pm I called and wanted to know what is really going on... the person said it will be around 10 pm... I don t know why they couldn t be honest and tell us they don t have the pizzas ready or they don t have a driver or whatever might ve been a reason... very bad experience...

Great for when you want to really splurge and have the best meal ever. I even saw Nancy Solverton herself here!

A little pricey, food is always good though! Love the wings!
