Labor Commission Violation,(2017) I took Win Trucking to Labor & Commission and after the facts were presented I was awarded $7,999 +penalties because I was not giving a 2nd lunch break and they had me working 12-14hrs a day. The owner had Audacity to fire me because I gave them hard times/making complaints and grievances. I know I was not liked because I stand for my rights as an employee. I endured bad panic attacks due to the confrontations with the L.A. terminal management that still has affected my overall life. We are in (2019) and awaiting on payment. #Respect&#Dignity

Win is good . I work here, they are growing... Every year it get a little better .. But over all relaxing trucking job.. Great trucks ...

We arrived 30 hours early, ahead of our scheduled appointment. We were there at 0400 on Labor Day and we were empty by 0430. The staff was friendly and had us on our way to our next stop in no time.
Parking is tight and there are a lot of dropped trailers.

Local drivers don't get paid overtime for over 40 hours or holidays

The BEST and not to mention coolest local drivers period.

Do not use this company the drivers are a hazard on the roadways a driver threw something at my vehicle going 75 mph and mark refuses responsibility the driver ofcourse said he didnt do it mark seems to think that people call him out of the blue to fix a ding on a truck however the driver almost caused me to run off the road at freeway speeds and that could of been fatal to me and possibly other unsuspecting family's extremely poor busnisman if he can not assume responsibility for this what else is he capable of? I do not trust this company for nothing and if you seen one of the trucks out and about start filming rite away. Because who knows you could be next. 1500.00 damage thanks alot. Happy birthday to me

Company is the worst! Damaged washer/dryer, looked like they threw it across the parking lot a few times. Missing furniture. EVERY box was damaged. It took over a year to get a check for the damage and it didn't even cover the cost of just 1 of the chairs missing! The movers offered us someone else TV!! Pathetic!

I went into to the company for a so called interview. I called a week later which is today and asked the status of my application for employment and was put on hold for a few minutes only for the lady to come back to the phone and say that their insurance did not qualify me for employment. Now im just saying, could this be discrimination because im black and a female with no violations, no tickets or accidents and have the experience needed for the job? Well I do intend on finding out and doing something about it
