Easter Seals Greater Houston truly supports and partners with each baby, child, adult, service member and Veteran with a disability as well as their family so they can meet their full potential. The programs are broad--it's pure magic when clients can go to one place for so many life-changing services.

I have never been a person to write reviews no matter how bad the experience. Easter Seals came highly recommended for a AT evaluation for my daughter. We needed this evaluation really bad and had previously tried several places in our hometown that we felt were not going to give us the comprehensive evaluation we needed. They absolutely refused services and could not give a reason why. So after weeks of trying they finally emailed me a list of other providers. They also refused to respond to emails and completely lacked the communication skills needed for a professional establishment. I could not believe how we were treated and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Has experienced therapists that takes extra care for your child. They are caring and considerate and goes that extra step in caring for your child.

I have a 21 month old child placed in my home and he is to see a PT therapist, speech, and SST therapist. It's been quite a task trying to get the appointments to start on time as the therapists were often late 30-45 mins. When we first began seeing them this was almost every appointment starting 30+ mins late until I had a conversation with them asking to show up atleast no later than 10 mins as I am on a strict schedule with other children. Hallie, the SST therapist, was so late that I had to reschedule the first 2 appointments. Then, out of nowhere she stopped coming. Have not heard from her since 4/22. I feel I could have at minimum been given a courtesy call or even a quick text at some point from someone at Easter Seals. I'll never recommend this company to anyone as these children need assistance from therapists who care and who they can count on. I would however like to thank Carrie and Monique for everything they've done and for being so helpful.

Not a great experience. Not terrible either. Idk. I dont hate it but not a huge fan of it all either.

My son has been coming here for over a year for occupational therapy and speech therapy. I love Monica and Miaya I think they handle and work with my son very well!

One associated with wonderful where there is no damage,, great help to the families.
