Staff is welcoming only if you solicit for the same
The property will give you moreover feel of a business complex rather a 5 star hotel
Breakfast option were also very less on comparison with other similar categories

Nice place, friendly staff. Sunday brunch is an awesome treat. Great value for money.

Spacious Rooms. Good service. Excellent breakfast spread.

Visited the 24 hour restaurant there late at night and was served coffee made from what seemed to be a substandard machine. the coffee tasted horrid to say the least.

I liked the overall experience. Friendly stuffs. Good internet connection. No complain. It's just a bit far from the main city.

Awesome place for stay and banqueting events, the staff are courteous and never say no to any requests made, food is delicious..prices are competitive and not over priced..

A very good place in the middle of the city, with Metro rail station near accessibility to anywhere becomes very easy. Also a very courteous staff with great food.

Good experience... we had booked for our relative from Chennai and they had an awesome stay for 2 nights.. they said it was quite different from the Taj there.
Overall I suggest that it's an ideal place for any foreign delegates as they maintained their international standards...

Ambience is too good. But food I didn't like that much..... It was average.

Well the name says it all and like all other hotels maintained by TAJ this hotel is no exception had everything you can think of and the views from room is just amazing.

Definitely One of the best star hotels in Bangalore, ambience is too good. Sit and enjoy in coffee shop or their restaurant.

Amazing hotel that helps you kick back and relax. Was pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend it to someone else. Food was simple but packed a good punch.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms with very polite staff and prompt service .all the amenities that you can ask for.only disadvantage is the view.one gets to see the cityscape only with ongoing construction.well connected.has a metro station nearby though haven't got on one.did not try the food hence cant comment on that.

Wonderful place for a quick getaway from city life and relax... Metro is right opp so getting to anyplace is pretty convenient

Went here for a IBM Developer day conference. The place is just cool and awesome. The food was authentically good and delicious. They provided enough and more for all and we were full and happy.

Rooms are quite spacious and designed for business executives the food is good nothing to write home about.

Staff are very polite & cooperative.

I was in a relatively high floor room so had great views across the local area. The shower was great with nice hot water as required. Housekeeping was efficient and little things like placement of electric sockets by the bed and at the desk was some of the best I have seen in any hotel room.

Breakfast was good and I was able to have my simple favourites of Idli, bacon, porridge and a bit of toast.The rooms are non smoking only.

Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely staff and services. The room was really spacious, comfortable and modern. Next time I am in the city, I'll definitely stay with them and would recommend it to all my friends

Love the huge Banyan Tree here more than the hotel itself. The food isn t anything exceptional for the price but the property is excellent.
