We did not wait too long to be served.

RUN AWAY !!! Once is not custom, the service in these places is of unspeakable mediocrity !! This third (and last time) will have been the bouquet! Wishing to have a snack, we ask on arrival if it is possible to eat a waffle or other, we are told "absolutely!". We then have to settle in ourselves, wait 15 minutes before this same person deigns to come and take our order because I signal to him. What was not my surprise when he told us that they were a restaurant and therefore they did not serve pancakes or waffles here, although we made it clear when we arrived. While we tell him that this is not normal and that he wasted our time he decides to turn on his heels and ignore us !! So advice for you dear ones who remain incompetent, learn your work and by the way politeness! OK, kiss !

Obliged to put a star but deserves none ... We left after 10 minutes without being able to order .. The terrace was however not crowded but we had the impression that where not there, the customer is not necessarily expected. Maybe they do not need to work in this establishment ....

We pay for the location. From the outside it makes you want, but inside, the staff is not friendly, cold and you have the impression of annoying. The menu was expensive for the quality, only advantage: the view of the theater but that's it.

Home lamentably (and this is not the first time), wait 20 minutes before having a waitress who "sweats" the choice. When we ask her what she can offer us in drinks on the menu, she tells us that there is a bar .. so they heard all the drinks.
It is sad to see that a person like that takes the job of a person who is unemployed.

Tip for the manager: you should train your waiters and teach them customer service.

Unpleasant. Table fired without hello, thank you and please. You have to ask for the card, and unfortunately when you have chosen, you discover that the waitress does not know the card. Being forced to show her your choice for her to remember is a shame.

A star because we have to. But between being slammed the door in the nose on arrival, the wait of 10 min before a waiter deigns to offer us a table (we were the only ones waiting in the entrance). About 1 hour for a carafe of water that we asked for 4 times. Flavorless dishes and basic frozen desserts (a cold chocolate coulant, this is the first time I have seen this).
After all, 1 waiter who managed to raise the level a little with humor at the end of our meal.
I strongly recommend, knowing that Angers has very good restaurants with more than competent staff.

Today, I was sitting with my friends and then I wanted to pay and the account cost 17 euros. Critical service, cleanliness of the premises to be reviewed (spider webs on the ceiling! Dirty air vents ...) kitchen that does not live up to the so-called standing of the establishment. In short, the place is no longer what it was and the price is absolutely not proportionate.

Lamentable reception, far from professional service:
- a server that takes 20minutes to take the order ...
- a server who is reluctant to rid the tables.
- a waiter who refuses to serve us pastries before 19h ...
- a waiter who opens champagne and who misses a customer
- a waiter who brings us a higher note than the real one ...
It's already not bad when not? A location not at all exploited!

The place is nice, I felt the service totally outdated. After 2 hours, it was difficult to keep the little ones. I found it unfortunate that it is also not asked to son cooking his steak for his burger .....
For the rest, we ate rather well but this waiting time will not make us come back. We keep the place just for a drink!

The waiting time is very high and the food is not the best. Sin. The location is excellent.

Politeness and friendliness close to zero. (To say hello to the server who answers you I said "For?" Not "hello"). No organization: the servers are ready to fight to take your order (3 servers came to take our order in a space of 5 minutes.
In short, having the means to afford a nice place in a beautiful place does not make you a beautiful establishment.
I absolutely do not recommend.
