Nice ambiance, Excellent food quality. friendly staff

No words to describe Taj. I came for Toastmasters conference. The ambience reminded me of some gala party. The Lobby fragrance of fresh jasmine reminded me of marriage season. Food was so delicious. Well organised and maintained . Overall a wonderful experience.

A cozy place for family get together and a comfortable stay that you will memorize.

I had been to Taj on a lunch date with my girl - to celebrate her birthday. My experience has been extremely well.

The staff around are very polite and helpful. There were a wide variety of food options and every dish tasted too "yummy" and delicious.

Also, I got a complimentary cake and flowers on my table to make the occasion much more special - that's delightful!!

The live music wasn't that great but kinda made my mood, so no issues. Overall, a must visit place to experience the true luxury and high-end customer service.

Taj Yeshwanthpur by the Indian hotels corporation is one of best hotels in the Vivanta segment .I previously visited their hotel in Mumbai which was great and as expected this one was great too .Just a bit disappointed with some staff members like the one near swimming pool but rest were good. If you have an opportunity do stay here.I am sure you won't be disappointed .PS I ate at restaurant named Palette, many options are available.

It's Taj.. the name speaks for itself. And everything in this property is at par with the brand.

we had visited for Engagement,But I was struggling with mobile network so I enquired about wifi customer support blatantly denied
U guys charge so much when specifically asked u can provide atleast 1 hour access as in airports/Railways internet is so cheap nowadays

The rooms are very good & the breakfast spread is nice. However, the service is very slow. We had ordered on-the-go breakfast & it took them more than 45 minutes to deliver it to our room. Also, they messed up the order.

Have been visiting this hotel every year. This year thou I experienced customer care firsthand.

At check-in I realised I had left back my mobile phone in the Taxi. Ravi, who was taking care of guests at the entrance, helped me get my phone back. He personally must have made at-least 10-15 calls to track the driver down and ensured I was able to get my phone back! This is tremendous service and I have decided when I Bangalore I will always stay at Vivanta by Taj - Yeshwantpur. Thanks@Ravi!

Further, the rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is brilliant. The checkin/checkout process is a breeze. All in all, a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

After the check-in, there are some bad experiences. It is not a pleasant thing to question the identity of the passengers. However, the follow-up service staff will have a sincere apology and will not talk more. I hope that the improvement will be improved in the future, so that the passengers can leave good. Located near to yeshwantpur station n metro. Rooms are spacious and well decorated.
I would appreciate if they consider providing iron table n iron as well. This is standard in many hotels. Had 2 Resturents where at night operate 1200-0000 hours. In room dining facility available. Buffet on weekend not available. Swimming pool is really big n good. Taste of foods can be better than what is delivered now. Please continue to maintain the standard.
