Taj Yashwantpur is not just another hotel to stay, dine and depart. It is a legacy inherited from the Taj group, and they have been showcasing its customer care from every aspect. Enter to enjoy the unlimited domains of hospitality from reception to room service to in house dining to the restaurant to bar gym, and it is beyond me to explain it in a few words. You are pampered to the core as far as safety, and COVID related issues are concerned. Meticulous follow up of wearing masks, frequent usage of hand sanitizers and sanitizing rooms whenever and wherever human contacts are established. They immediately wipe the place clean as I witnessed in a gymnasium. Employees are well trained from the school of Taj, a legacy known for its epitome service and care. You must meet chef Selvaraj Ramachandran a scintillating moving food factory, generating new cuisines and creating bespoke dishes to suit your Palate. He is known for his Palate designed food for VIP s including Abdul Kalam, Mr Modi and many more, yet he treats everybody as Modi as far as dining is concerned. His orthodox awards are outstanding, but he is very down to earth to care for the customer when it comes to the dining table. I told him that I am very particular about having organic food. Without hesitating a minute, he ordered an exceptional food. Of course, the sweets I was insisting should have the only jaggery as a sweetener. He got it and made it. Look at those desserts purely made with jaggery produced from organic fields.

Dipayan Ghosh, a sous chef at the Palate, played critical roles in pampering the guests at the hotel. Sensing from the expression writ large on my face, he offered me the choice of appam and vegetable stew, a timely gesture. Ramesh Choudhury & Srikanta from housekeeping who strive to keep the customer happy while dispensing their duty.. When I asked him whether he could spare some more face wash cream, he without hesitation obliged.

Aayush Ranjan, the architect room management recognized TIC members and took extra care to pamper while Prachiranade,Veena at the front office added more flavour to my stay. A few of the staff names got etched in my memory. Among them is Subhankar, Tirzah, at the Palate, Ajay Gurudutt at the Coffee shop, Prasanna, the barman and at the point of my departure, when I wanted to carry some light meal, Pindu made some extra effort to get me Radish loaded parathas. Ajay Savay, Director Rooms, helped me solve some of my problems when I wanted to conduct an online program at the Taj Bangalore. Dinesh Verma, added a unique flavour to my F&B . On top of it I would say grooming matters a lot. Under the leadership of Rajiv Khanna, GM he left no stone is left unturned to keep every sort of health protocols and keeping customer care as a mantra.
Taj Vivanta is not merely a place to stay but to ruminate upon even after departure. Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for providing such an exhilarating experience.

Been here many times, it's a beautiful hotel, took a city facing room which has a nice view of busy roads..it's also near to Orion mall which is good.. and Room is calm, clean and spacious.. but the breakfast here is okay, not many options but other than that excellent hotel..

Great new hotel that I have visited recently. Food was excellent. Banyan tree in the courtyard is a bonus. Front desk was slow, but pardonable as it was milling with guests due to a conference. Yes, great venue for conferences

I was here on New Year Eve. It was a good place for partying. The crowd on the day was very heavy & that might be the reason, maintenance was not at all good.

Solid place for conferences! I attended IESA Deftronics and Spacetronics event here. It has a nice outdoor sitting area too which is good for networking unlike many other places which are indoors only.

The service is really good. Very good staff and the rooms are just too good. Its worth every rupee

Been there for a conference of hundreds of delegates. They managed it absolutely well..spaceous lawn, decent food and great facilities..

I had an excellent sirloin steak, cooked medium rare to perfection. Drowned in gallons of delicate garlic gravy.

Washed it all down with a couple of glasses of beer.

Rooms-spacious and nice. For some unknown reason there were frequent power interruptions through the day.
TV - SET TOP BOX got de- activated with every power interruption. Food spread nice. Staff as courteous as "Tajness" claims across the country. Overall a good stay.

Worst hospitality. No cleanlines. Exorbitantly expensive.. avoid if you can.

Attended a wedding event. Arrangements we're splendid. Decorations was beautiful. Food though veg due to the function requirements was amazing. Indian, Thai , desserts we're top class. Service was good.

Good place, nice location and good staff
I went to the north indian restaurant. Was surprised that Taj doesn't have a good local cuisine restaurant. Was hoping to catch a local meal.

Awesome food, excellent ambience, staff is very courteous and goes extra miles to make you comfortable, this place is excellent in all respect as compared to vivanta by taj Whitefield where in they pay more attention to foreigners.

Location is near goraguntepalya. Have been there for and event and service was very good. I never stayed there to see the rooms. Food was kind of better than other Taj

Nice hotel, good service! Easy traffic, MRT is near by also the shopping mall easy to get there
