The Heritage preserved. The walls n the gallery reminds you of the bygone era. Everything they have is latest and fresh but has that sweet blend of old world charm. The perseverance of TAJ is always impeccable.. love the brand and definitely embrace this property..

While the hotel has a very good name and is categorised as a 5-star, the place is a complete mess and honestly, I feel that it is a big black mark on the name of the Taj hotels which is synonymous with pristine opulence. The cafeteria is a messy mixture of all sorts of colours which just hits the eyes, the rooms feel stuffy, there's no pool (Theres a pickup and drop service however to the Taj Mahal pool) and there a quite literally grammatical mistakes on the sign boards in the bathrooms and stuff which is just sad. I do not recommend this hotel at all even if it's a necessity.

A regular four-story hotel in New Delhi. The banquet hall is cosy and air-conditioning is just right. Food is of standard quality. Location is good.

Very old hotel in one of the best location, restaurant and bar are small.Lawn and banquet are a good option to party.Newly renovated rooms are good if available on fair prices.

Have had multiple visits to Vivanta.
It is Amazingly spacious for small events.
My favorite part would always be dropping by at Yellow Brick Road (Coffee Shop) for Bull s Eye (dessert) and keema pao late night.

We had lunch there and it was awesome experience...

A very good hotel in busy and strategic centre in Delhi... a good business hotel with all amenities and we had a nice stay there....a very disciplined Staff and good service ....

It's a very serene place to visit even during late hours. There is one restaurant which serves good food and decent coffee and tea. Service is good. A little expensive but at least it gives you comfortable time with no creeps

Might sound like a luxury hotel in a very posh locality but it is not. It hardly qualifies as a luxury hotel when there are so many brilliant options in NCR now. The late night restaurant they operate is horrible. With very less options to choose from which are severely overpriced, the restaurant also has very average food. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience.

5 star heritage hotel conveniently located next to upmarket Khan market. Courteous staff.

This hotel can be said as a heritage property more than luxury hotel. Food is Good, parking is a problem.

Pleasant hotel, with helpful, nice staff. A bit faded, but good food, good service, all the conveniences one needs. Good room service, plenty of bottled water, good bathtub and shower. A bit far to walk to much, beyond Khan Market - but a nice quiet location.

Very nice, chic, classy and elegant place to stay near downtown. Close proximity to Khan Market makes this Hotel an ideal location for shopping and relaxing trips. The hotel has a couple of cosy comfortable restaurants and a relaxed coffee bar. Hotel has a spa and a multi function gymnasium. Swimming pool is not available at this location, however, should you choose to utilize the same, arrangements can be made at Taj Palace Hotel.
The management and staff are really helpful and accommodating.
Khan Market Metro station is located just next to the rear exit of the hotel.

Staff at reception are helpful and sweet! Had a comfortable stay but alot of noise of opening and shutting doors as this was nearby to a pantry! Hotel maintains the touch of retro. A lot of fresh fruits during breakfast.

Very beautiful place to stay in the heart of Delhi. Most famous Khan market is walking distance from this place.
