Good Ambience but not so good food. Second bad experience with food. Lack of sufficient valet drivers make it a hassle to be in queue for the car to get parked

Nice ambience but wow factor missing from such a big hotel

Though the hotel has a gorgeous interior, the policies they enact are strict and off-putting. First off, they do not offer free breakfast like Google maps says. Second, you can not check out early and get a partial refund. After booking, we will loose part if not all of the money if you cancel before your check-in day. Also, their pool only allows the number guest you have booked. My family came to visit and they wanted to swim. They couldn't swim with me, because my room only allowed one guest in the pool. The pool was also empty at the time. The layout of the hotel is poorly designesd as well. The building has two towers which houses the rooms. You take one elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Then you walk over to your respective tower and then take another elevator to get to your room. If you're in the opposite tower than the gym and pool, you have some walking to do to get to those places.

It was mixed experience, though the ambiance was good but staff behavior was ordinary.
At dinner table I asked to one waiter to pls bring some chicken Tikka for me on table ,,, and he replied " it's buffet sir. ". I have seen and viseted over 100 five star hotels around the world ,but this was the most poor response i have ever got by an employe.. I guess he must be a trainee but he shattered my experience for LEELA HOTELS. will surely never go there .
