We had them install shelving/organization in our closet in our new house and the quality was excellent and the price was good. We did have an issue after the fact where the hanging bars weren't designed well (you couldn't get hangers on them without tilting them quite a bit). They ended up coming up with a solution over the phone, but they were initially defensive and said it was fine. Overall, good value for the price.
Kyle was very easy to work with - he was patient with me requesting multiple changes and was here when he said he would be. I absolutely love my closets. We had downsized and my old closet was huge- but with his design I found I could get a lot more in a smaller space than I thought . I highly recommend Kyle and closet tamers.
Our experience with Closet Tamers was fantastic! We worked with them to redo our master walk-in. Our designer was great and willing to work with our ideas and give his professional input as well. The installer was there on time and I felt safe to leave him at home while I headed to work. Needless to say the end product was better than I expected and can't wait to have them come up and redo the rest of the closets in our house.
Not pleased with their work. Took shortcuts by piecing together crown molding instead of using one piece. Wouldn't correct after bringing it to their attention. Side panels are also bowing on a shelving unit that only holds shoes.

Our experience with Closet Tamers was horrible. We communicated through email and was provided drawings for redoing our bedroom Closet. We ended up meeting in person with Kyle and he was insulting and rude when I asked simple questions. He was very defensive from the beginning of the conversation and kept trying to sell why their products were the best. I merely wanted to see if they could custom build the closet and he said they only have a certain size dimensions of boards and could to cut them down to make shoe boxes. He was very errogant and needs to learn personal communication skills. We loved the products and we're going to go with closet tamers until that meeting with Kyle. I would never recommend this company based on their lack of communication skills and unprofessional conduct!!
