I was at the Palace from 8 to 16 February 2020. Very well organized village, clean, friendly staff and excellent cuisine. No mosquitoes and perfect weather. Above expectations. A la carte restaurants to be booked on arrival for limited availability. For excursions excellent Franconero just outside the Resort. Good organization and lots of sympathy.
The place is very good, as it is an all inclusive has both restaurants (from different countries, providing Chinese or Italian food, for example) to snacks and drinks stalls near the beach. The rooms are also relatively well organized, so you don't have to walk long to get to a certain place. At reception there was no problem, and they treat you wonderfully. The beaches and coasts are very well maintained at least in the hotel sector.

If you don't like noise: the palace, if you want noise and children, the beach next to it without any continuity solution is 800 meters of beaches that have both hotels in the same complex. The palace is 4 stars and the beach 3 and a half. The palace has sodas available and the beach you have to ask for at the bar, the facilities are a little more luxurious than the Palace, but if the idea is to enjoy the beach and pools there is no difference.

The Resort is well maintained and the site is woderfull. The servers and the bartenders actitud is not as friendly and courteous as it used to be years ago when there was a need for customers. Now they are saturated and perhaps over worked. Don't expect to be trated as VIP

Been a this resort many times it his good place for holiday.The service was pretty good except few hitches with key sometimes I had to go to the reception to change card.At bar there is a bartender name Raul know him for many years is nothing the best how he approach people and serve people,a real pleasure to know this person he his asset for the hotel.Like to mention Antonio, good ambassador and Juan in the kitchen do a good work also there is another person I would like to mention is name is Pablo Alfonso Marte a real nice person ready to help you in any way possible.I would like to thank Miss Pozzi at reception at Beach to help us to accommodate us,also I thank Mr

Resort in a strategic position on the sea. All inclusive real service. To be so big, the food is nice and quite varied. Entertainment only at the adjacent beach.
The hotel is nice, but the attention is not the best, when you ask for room service you have to call several times to have it delivered. The fridge was basically empty, I really don't recommend this hotel, I came from far away and it wasn't worth it.
