A complaint has been submitted regarding an error in the invoice for January, 10.02.2020 ft. An SMS has been sent to resolve the error and contact me on 14.02.2020 This problem has not been solved or contacted by the stc team for the solution, note that I have contacted customer service several times to find a solution For my problem without interest, you can see the attachment for a complaint and the bill for the same number.

Please solve this error so that I can pay the correct bill.
The line was cut due to this bill and I contacted with customer service and the line was opened for only 3 days and it will be broken after that. This is not my responsibility to waste my time with this order to amend my bill. I have now waited more than 28 days and have not even responded in contact to solve the problem I am very upset Misfortune with me.

I thought it was the best and I am a customer who has an obligation to pay my first bills more than 4 years, unfortunately

At an amazing location on King Faisal Highway, neighboring to darling City Center with amazing corporate environment.

Unfortunately, poor parking arrangement and need to visit multiple levels of the building makes it less productive. HQ of leading telecom giant is supposed to have better facilities but VIVA HQ lacks most of them. At night, the building illuminations makes it identical and view from upper levels makes it awesome as well.

Customer service is the worst ever. Make you wait hours and don't bother replying. I hope Telecom authorities will take some action against them.

What the heck is happening with VIVA customer care . I have 2 complaint tickets since 17 July 2019 and my service has been disconnected today 23 July 2019 without looking at my complaint ( my complaint was about the payment I made but not reflecting in VIVA website and Ticket number 3320522) . Is there any manager to contact?

worst customer service ever, i don't know why they show off by having live chat and WhatsApp support when they are not even bothered to reply. and the same at there shops, either they don't know whats going on or they have new staff who will take forever and they always say our senior and supervisor is busy and we can't give you his number , last night i was told the supervisor is out for dinner while he was on duty and they can't contact him

In their branch in Inmaa Mall the staff member changed the number which I chose and then said that it can not be changed
He didn't return the cash so I had to come back again after I reached home
He even don't know to apologize
In addition it is impossible to find a contact number for claims

No apology was given and the bahraini girl refused to attend to us ..She did not speak english .

If you are looking for 4G Viva is probably the fastest 4G network in Bahrain and very reliable, dont remember it ever going down for a minute and coverage is pretty much all over the country.

very cheap customer service.. i paid amount wrongly to another number i am struggling to have an answer then i visit the branch they promised to call me to take action .. 3 days passed and no one call me beside still i am trying to call them .. no 24 operator option and the auto answer machine keeps repeating the same list 100s times ... very disappointing company ... if they call me today i will remove my review

You will recive message saying we called you. But actually there is no such call happen.

Very bad services once the customer has a problem there is no respond from them and each staff in call center give different execuses

Never ask for their Credit Card, it's a fraud, they will never give you the points, only after begging them sometimes. My friend have big drama with them, and they never answer the Emails.
