A complaint has been submitted regarding an error in the invoice for January, 10.02.2020 ft. An SMS has been sent to resolve the error and contact me on 14.02.2020 This problem has not been solved or contacted by the stc team for the solution, note that I have contacted customer service several times to find a solution For my problem without interest, you can see the attachment for a complaint and the bill for the same number.

Please solve this error so that I can pay the correct bill.
The line was cut due to this bill and I contacted with customer service and the line was opened for only 3 days and it will be broken after that. This is not my responsibility to waste my time with this order to amend my bill. I have now waited more than 28 days and have not even responded in contact to solve the problem I am very upset Misfortune with me.

I thought it was the best and I am a customer who has an obligation to pay my first bills more than 4 years, unfortunately
