I like the green color of the golf course around and there are 18 holes of golf with a relaxed feeling.

I saw a small group of cute people using the wedding venue. There is a beautiful corner in the garden to take pictures with many size banquet rooms.

Weekend The rooms are popular with people using activities and family games. In the midst of nature See everyone very happy.

This idyllic location in the Swan Valley.
The meals we had dinner and breakfast were up there with the best. Good variety on the menu with outstanding service all round. The Accommodation has well appointed rooms at a good price. For Accor members it s even better value with your dining. Golfers and families it a good location for everyone.

It was as one would expect from such a establishment well done keep up the good work

Payed for 18 holes with cart(S) and only gave us one? We payed the full price for 2 so how does that work?

This is a peasfull place,we ordered in room service, we got a cheese platter even so it was not in the menu ..it was great...

Friendly and with all the amenities including golf course.

Excellent service and a great place to have a function or just chill.

Location is remote, but rooms and food are decent. Good for a weekend getaway.

The rack of ribs I would recommend to anyone looking to satisfy their hunger for meat, I regard myself a big eater n could down the serving given. The food is great its definately worth the money. Ive enjoyed everytime.

Mini golf is great and a nice place to see a great golf course and kangaroos.

Make sure you eat somewhere else as food in the bar was average and pizzas are frozen just like you get from the supermarket but at a price you would pay for at a good restaurant.

Wonderful stay as always.great accommodation and fabulous food.we love staying at the vines.

We stayed here with some frieds to celebrate NYE. The party and the atmosphere were great. The food was nothing special but OK.

Buildings are starting to look dated. Amenities are great though

We stayed here just recently in the double story condos out on the course and while the view was beautiful the condo itself wasn't very nice.
The bed coverings had slight stains, the couch had a smell to it, the toilet kept running water, the bottom balcony was filthy and when my little boy walked to the door to walk out to the balcony he got covered in spider webs with dead bugs on it. Maybe the hotel is nicer and cleaner. for the money we paid per night I felt we definitely overpaid.

Great customer service from staff. Awesome hotel rooms need to visit and stay at least a night

The environment is positive and the price is reasonable.

Spacious rooms. Good location. Numerous food and drink options

Large modern rooms, friendly staff and on site parking.

Breakfast is bedlam on the weekends and even Gold Accor Plus members have to check out by 10 AM on Saturdays. If contemplating dinner in the cafe on the weekend be sure to book.

Rooms at the rear of the venue are quiter, but it is a 7 minute drive to the rear car park

Went out for dinner. The food was excellent. Nice views all round.

How can it be a resort when a villa is 5 Min drive to main complex. No direction signs, no help, no one come here.

Attended a Memorial service held in the Barrett Lenard area today. Was most impressed with the area.

I went to the bar/cafe. You can call in for a meal anytime without staying at the resort. The meals are very good but the sweets are terrible. They used to make their own but now they buy them in. Staff are pleasant. There is a tv. The outside seating is lovely. A popular place.

It was good fun, plenty to do with the mini golf and pools and round, really good atmosphere at night for drinking, the room are lovely and clean and the staff are friendly

Stayed in a very well set out 2 bedroom unit which was very comfortable and we felt relaxed. Utensils and plates were ok but a few more would be appreciated. The grounds are manicured and kangaroos abound all over the golf course. There are plenty of pools for you to use if weather warm.

Beautiful place and room with nice views but the staff are very rude and unhelpful,we didnt know what facilities they had or how to get to our rooms,where there pools or tennis courts were,what restaurants are open or where to go,front staff should be better trained, now the breakfast waiter was very professional

As past social members of the club we have enjoyed many visits to the facilities and venues. Lovely renovated accommodation facilities with views and easily accessible activities including golf, swimming pool, tennis courts, squash court, gym and Segway tours. Food and drinks moderately priced.

After checking into the hotel i went to make a coffee for myself and my wife and felt something crawling on my leg... when i looked closely there was a line of ants across the floor from one end to the other and a couple of baby cockroaches on the room desk. I immediately called reception and told them about the problem and they moved us to another room.

After trekking across the resort, we settled into the new room but very quickly realised that we were not receiving the wifi signal and could not connect to the wifi anymore. In addition, the movies on demand that was suppose to be available was not working either so once again we called the front desk and they said they would look into the matter.

My wife and I decided to get dinner to give the staff time to sort the issue, so once we were done with our meal, we went to the front desk to get an update on the situation. We were met by the duty manager Bernadette who basically shrugged her shoulders and dismissed us and said that there is not much she can do about the our situation. She told us that the cleaners came to our previous room and found no issues and that WE would have to call the technical support team to sort out the wifi and movies on demand issue. The condescending tone in her voice was UTTERLY REDICULOUS and she treated us like we were the ones who had been causing a fuss over nothing. She also told us that because WE had moved rooms before that she will not be moving us again. We left the reception desk gob smacked at the poor level of customer service and still no closer to a resolution.

So to NOVOTEL SWAN VALLEY, i apologise for inconveniencing YOU today, i am very sorry that i expect a clean room that is insect free or to have the wifi and on demand facilities as advertised. I am sorry that i do not want to BE here anymore after being treated like second class citizen because of the miss management of this Resort. Unfortunately, I am not willing to leave at this time because we got here after 5pm and it is now 9pm and we have not yet unpacked a thing or had a shower or seen any of the other activities on the premisses. So unfortunately i have a pre-paid package deal purchased through the ACCOR group and if i leave i would be facing penalties of $150 so for that reason ALONE... i regrettably have to stay at your establishment with the WORST / RUDEST duty "management" team i have ever come across!

To anyone who read this review, THANK YOU for taking the time to read it because i would not be wasting my time with a LONG REVIEW like this if i didnt feel it ABSOLUTELY justified. People shouldn't be treated like this at a Resort because it leaves you with a BITTER taste!

I was about to post this review but surprise suprise we are STILL ON THE PHONE and receiving flack from the staff on duty. So now i am LEAVING with or without my $150 and i HOPE that this review makes NOVOTEL SWAN VALLEY VINES RESORT lose 100X this amount and that the staff on duty today learn that what happened to my wife and i here today is NOT OK...

Lovely apartment with nice restaurant and venue space

Called for hotel reservation detail twice. The first lady hang up on me after said they re fully booked, I haven t even finished my sentence yet. So I called again straight away. The second one, Melanie is her name told me to check the availability online. I would not have to call if the website gave information that I needed in first place. Decided not to stay here for our anniversary. The worst service I had from my experience with Accor Group. I m not a person who likes to write a review. I work on hospitality industry myself and I know how reviews impact businesses. But you should hire people who at least can provide good customer service in any circumstances.

Room was clean and well organized. All the staff were very friendly. Would stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay here and play the golf course. Dining room dinner and breakfast well worth the experience

Fantastic location to get away from it all and recharge the mind and body

Nice for weddings & golf. Does generally get hotter than weather forecast. Kangaroos will be seen atound the place.

Not sure if we would go back.
The beds are old and outdated, so outdated that you can hear the springs break.
The day we were there, there was a power outage, no one came to inform any of the residence, this was out by at least 2 hours and no apologies for the inconvenience caused.
The only one that enjoyed their time there was our 3 month old.

Nice rooms and a great place to get away and relax, swimming pools, restaurants and golf are available. There is also plenty of fruit, wines, honey and chocolate stores in the area if wanting to drive and adventure. Recommended!

Was here for a friends wedding and stayed overnight. Staff were brilliant and flexible on many fronts helping with an enormaty of abnormal items. Nothing was too difficult. The morning breakfast was great and we couldn't have been happier with the service and our experience.

The food has improved. Service is still excellent. Great surroundings. A must visit

If you're only going to have one place to eat dinner, you really need to lift your game when its busy! Waiting 1hr 45 mins for food is unacceptable!! Food was lovely when we finally got it, staff very apologetic for the very long wait. An offer of Compensation of some kind would have been nice. Main manager is like a wet blanket!!

What can I say but ... Lovely atmosphere, fresh clean luxury accommodation. Some staff could do with a course on communication & how to treat paying Guests. This comment is only on a very small percentage of staff with whom I had interactions with. I would Definitely stay again though.

Besides 2 excellent golf courses, they've added a mini putt putt which is very popular with families.

Beautiful views. Went to my cousins wedding here and the scenery was amazing.

Very nice stay but only 1 bar and restaurant open on the sunday public holiday. 45min wait for food. Not happy

We stayed here ovee the weekend for my sisters wedding and i have to say the place itself is amazing, the rooms are spacious with a very large bathroom.
We stayed in a room with a lounge room, bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom had a spa bath too and a his and hers basin. The room also included 2 toilets.
The views are amazing too with grape vines in the ceremony grounds with kangaroos laying underneath them.
We also had to get the buffet breakfast, because why not, right? The breakfast was incredible, there was a great range of food and drinks.

All in all, i would love to come back here on a less stressful weekend to relax and enjoy.

Food average and for a carvary buffet expect more than 1 roast meat very average meal

Not impressed ,after a day out decided to call into the vines for coffee ,it was not busy at around three in the Arvo we ordered coffee only for two ,the person on the counter was grumpy tried to be friendly but no response .Anyway we sat outside and waited and waited about fifteen minutes later coffee arrived .The place seems quite shabby , alot of dead and dying plants ,not interested in visiting again and will not take my overseas visitors here

Best place in Perth for your wedding ceremony. Jenny and the team treat you like royalty.
They have an amazing garden ceremony area that is like a room: undercover yet open and airy. After the ceremony the guests can go to muscats bar before pre dinner drinks. The food is top class and the service is 5 star. I highly recommend your wedding here.

Room was nice. Was an underwhelming experience due to other guests partying till 2am with loud music, and the resort appeared to have no regular security patrols.

Fantastic hotel with plenty to do, feela like your away from the city but still close to home. Very clean room and a very comfy bed!

Looking at the venue as part of the Swan Valley wedding expo. Lovely location on a golf course with nice function rooms.

It's a great place to visit in the Swan Valley for a casual lunch or coffee and cake, even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Plenty of activities to do like golf, tennis, mini golf, squash or if you just want to sit by the pool or go to the gym you can. There is a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner or 2 cafes for brunch, lunch and snacks. Around Christmas they have good package deals that includes breakfast and a book of discount vouchers that can be used during your stay. The rooms are nicely appointed but do not come with cooking facilities. There is a woolies store 5 minutes away for all your BBQ needs.

Great grounds for golf. Good food and service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The night manager helped me with the luggage and got me settled in after and exhausting day of cancelled flights.
