Great service and timely delivery. MegaPrint sent a proof (full scale sample and miniaturized mockup) prior to final shipment. Our company used paper posters for banners before, but the matte vinyl backdrops from Megaprint were vastly superior. I even had unique shipping size and timeline requirements because I was shipping them to Japan. The staff worked with me closely to make sure everything was perfect.

MegaPrint is my go-to resource for large-print services. Over the last six years, they have done all of the signage for our annual golf tournament, banners, and recently enlarged two photos of the clients we serve to display in our office. The quality and their customer service is excellent!

I was a little nervous to use an online shop, but they were so much more competitive on pricing than the previous brick and mortar company we had been using. Also, even though they are online, utilizing online chat I was able to get all of my questions answered and they helped me place the order the way it needed to be . Worked with MegaPrint to get two large floor displays made for a show. We gave my boss a hard time because he sent not one, but TWO typos, and we were going to get just one section replaced. Instead, boss decided he wanted to change things up a bit, so about 48 hrs before we needed them, he ordered two brand new display banners (shown)! Not only were the kind folks at MegaPrint able to fit this into their already busy Monday morning, they got it overnighted before noon! Everybody but one chick was super nice; one had no customer service skills or was taking out her bad mood on a few of us here who were probably bugging her. Will definitely use them again. Way back in 2013 I was introduced to MegaPrint by the Executive Director at the Pilgrim Monument. We used them for all of our didactic panels. Although I wasn't directly involved in production I couldn't help but notice that pricing and quality were terrific and that they could turn on a dime.

Now that I'm working with smaller historical societies on Cape Cod, and I have to produce the output files and handle production, I'm finding that their guidance is invaluable. The pricing, quality and turn-around times are as good as ever. Dave Cote is guaranteed instant sainthood.

MegaPrint delivered a multi-sheet large format print to scale with fast turnaround and excellent customer service. Their engineering department helped us quickly come up with a design that could be printed on two long 54 inch wide sheets over 120 inch long and laid over each other with a common line to match them so our dimensions on the print came out to within 1/16 of an inch. Other vendors struggled to get within 1/4 of an inch. This print was done right the first time. We plan on working with MegaPrint for all of our templates going forward and we were most impressed.

MegaPrint is purely outstanding in every way. I had what felt was an unusual need creating 2 very large (8 x 5 ) canvases to be gallery-wrapped. I found MegaPrint online, but the reviews looked very good, so I called and could immediately tell I was in the right place the questions they asked sought extreme detail; it was easy to see just how much they care about everything (everything!) being perfect (perfect!). We had a superb conversation, I was given excellent advice on how to wrap and mount the pieces upon arrival. When the pieces came, they were absolutely wonderful the 2 side wrap was exactly 2 inches and, well, everything about them (including transport) was exceptional. I ve just come up with more ideas for unusual pieces and am excited to know MegaPrint will create spectacular canvases for me again this time. It s hard to get across how fantastic this place is let s see, if I give them a million stars, will that convince you? Okay, a million it is!

What a great company. I ordered a large foambacked print, which was bent by FedEx (despite the DO NOT BEND stickers), I contacted Mageprint and they quickly reprinted and sent the print again which arrived perfectly a couple of days later. Being a photographer, and having managed quite a few pro labs, the work is excellent and with fanatical service. Prices are in range, and these folk will do anything to get it done right.

I highly recommend MegaPrint. They have printed two large scale banner for my business. The team is attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with.

Such a great find after wasting money from other printing places on our Velcro trade show prints that looked like a science fair project and you could see the Velcro outline through the print. We ordered crystallized laminate with the Velcro already attached from Megaprint specifically for this application and the final product looks fantastic! So professional, quick printing, and was easy working with the staff. Will definitely seek their help again with future projects!
