We were promised an internet connection first of this month .Paid the amount,bought the device..Did we get the connection? NO.Response from the customer service As checked, your registered case is in progress.
The relevant team will contact you once the update is ready. Did anyone rectify the problem yet?NO.Its been more than 18days.

Contacted VIVA innumerable times.No action taken yet.Is Viva trying to loot the money and disrespect people?Don't Viva respect the value of time and money of their customers?How many times should we approach the customer service?

We would definitely not recommend Viva to anyone we know.If you are asking for feedback we will give a BIG ZERO.We definitely require compensation for the way VIVA treated us.Never had been treated like this before.HUMILIATING

The worst telecom service provider in Bahrain. Lousy unreliable services, rude staff, call center not even activated at times, and simple tasks that should only take seconds such as resetting an account password take MONTHS to complete. Not at all recommended. Just a big name with no substance only interested in gaining profits.

STC-Pathetic network and very poor customer service. registered complain through email still nobody from customer service tried to resolve the issue. only they advice you to change device position from place to another and change sim from device and insert it again. i don't recommend their service.

1 MONTH OF CONTACTING VIVA , AND THEY AREN t GIVING ME THE DATA 260 GB WHICH I BUY. THEY GIVE ME 40 GB AT JANUARY AND 85 GB AT FEBRUARY , I PAY +20 BD FOR 260 NOT FOR 85 GB OR 40 !!!!!!

, The worst internet contract i buy , I buy 20LTE HOME BROADBAND SERVICE 260 GB , At 17 Jan , first at January they give only 40 GB.they didn t tell me this when i buy and it is not in the contract i think . so the the day after i bought the service i download two games and i consume the 40 GB , when i call them they said , we give this 40 GB because you bought it at the middle of the month !!!!! , OK NO PROBLEMS, i will wait 13 DAYS until February without internet

When February came i didn t get the 260 GB , i got 85 GB , and from 1st of the month i contact them many times and i go to the store but they didn t solve my issue , now i consumed the 85 GB ( which supposed to be 260 ) and the home is without internet )
