I can tell they hire under-qualified, poorly motivated staff. Their website is difficult to navigate, distracting and roll-over sensitive. They also take forever to respond to emails and phone calls. Whenever I've contacted them, the people I want to get in touch with are somehow not available.
We have certainly taken a major step forward in all aspects of our website, marketing, providing valuable information and resources and our industry presence since we partnered with Vital Design. Very pleased we partnered with them, only regret is that we did not do it earlier.
