This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I have worked with sports photographers and portrait studios in the past 15 years with AYSO and various other activities. The women that said she was the owner was as rude as they come. As a Business owner you need to listen to the customer and let them ask the questions before you go on the defensive and absolutely come unhinged. It is a shame I had planed on buying a pkg of photos from them. Not anymore.
I recently had my senior pictures done here for school, and couldn't be any happier with them. I had the traditional session done, and i liked every single one of them. we are not able to take pictures of proofs for copyright reasons, which is understandable , but they do sell the CD with all images and full copyrights to them! i purchased the CD, cant wait till i get it and share my pictures with my family in the east coast. Overall great experience :)
I enjoyed my senior pictures but, the prices are outrageous for a low income family. All I want is one sheet of wallet photos and they can't sell that to me at a reasonable price? That's outrageous
I hate this place, my senior pictures looked horrendous and as I was getting them taken I felt like I couldn't be myself and pose how I wanted to. Only reason why I came was because I had to for the yearbook, other than that, I would never come back.
Quality of the photos have changed, not better. Wallets were ordered and no options were offered. I received the wallets and they are not cut but one full sheet. I called the studio and was told it depends on what finish I selected. Advised no other options were offered to me on the wallets. They said I can come in and pay $20 to have them cut! No thanks!
So much for making an appointment. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the session before it began. At the one hour mark I asked if we could reschedule, the receptionist said that whenever we came in we would have wait as they are always late... Really? That said, we waited...
The best photography business that I have ever been to!! Totally professional, friendly and punctual! The photographers are so artistic and creative, always within the comfort level of the client. Though we are no longer in the same state, my family has traveled nearly 2,000 miles for a photo session because we know the quality of people that own and work at Visual Photography. The photographs are always the highest grade, the most beautiful in terms of options available and quality of color and clarity. There is none better anywhere. Visual Photography is and will always be our only photography studio!
Such an amazing, talented company. They walked me through my first photoshoot step by step to ensure I felt very comfortable and it definitely prove a benefit in the results.
