Visions catering did a wonderful job! Full service from the delicious food, gorgeous floral arrangements, and I can't say enough about the staff. We had a beautiful evening renewing our vows and will be using Visions in the future.

This place is amazing!! They are quick to respond, know their business, are extremely helpful, and are knowledgeable about every ingredient they use in case there is an allergy. My husband and I selected them to cater our wedding and we could not have picked a better company!! 10/10

My son and his bride picked this vender because they wanted to have breakfast for dinner and they offered what they wanted at the price point they wanted to pay. It seemed like it would be easy to accomplish but I have to say it was the grossest breakfast I have ever eaten! Not only was the scrambled eggs cold they were GREEN! Yuck not very appetizing! The pancakes were cold and dry even with loads of syrup. I felt so bad they spend so much money for terrible quality food! The service was great and they were attentive but horrible product.

Visions Catering made the rehearsal dinner we hosted easy! They helped with planning our menu, choosing our linens and centerpieces. They set up in no time. The food and service was exemplary!! I have recommended them to my co-worker for her daughter's wedding. I would highly recommend using them.

My husband and I found this company at a wedding show and loved the food and we couldn t wait to book them for our wedding! The tasting and booking went fine. However we did have a few inconveniences; one issue we had with them was their lack of professionalism. We made an appointment to choose our linens and nobody on their end showed up or answered the phone when we called several times. This let my husband and I very frustrated and fearful of them not showing up to our wedding. Another issue we had was when we over paid them for their services as we had to reduce our guest count due to Covid and they refused to give us a refund stating that their contract states that you will receive a credit but no refund (it does not say that for reducing guests only if you re cancelling your event). At the time we viewed it not to be a huge issue as we didn t want to cause problems to make them either not show up to our wedding or to treat us poorly. So we ended up having to add another side as a credit instead of getting refunded. With all of that being said, they did show up and the food was good.

We were very excited to have booked this venue for our May 1, 2020 wedding. We loved the great downtown location, even if the venue itself was a little shabby (it needs a new coat of paint, and the carpet is frayed). Despite that, it had a beautiful view and was within our budget. The first red flag showed when we decided on catering. We were not told until we had paid for the venue that there would be a fee if we chose to use outside catering. So we chose to use their full services

However, as our wedding approached, we realized we would not be able to have our wedding due to the spreading global pandemic.

This was a hard time for us, so we contacted Kress to see what their plan was,but they didn't have one. I called to ask questions to get a game plan together (we had paid in full at this point and I was wondering what downsizing our wedding would look like and ask a few other questions), but the woman I talked to ended up yelling at me and hanging up on me. After that, no one would talk to me and all correspondence was through email, which they do take several days to respond and never quite answer your questions. They offered to move our wedding, but we couldn't move the date, due to our personal situation and how far we have to travel for the wedding (we -now- live 15 hours from GSO).

They basically said they didn't care and would not refund us any of the money. We tried to work with them for a partial refund, considering we had paid in full, but they flat out said no. We understand that this is a hard time for everyone, but they wouldn't even try to be flexible and didn't even pretend to care about our situation. Also, they didn't care about the pandemic and were planning to host a wedding for a couple hundred people until the government said they couldn't. For a wedding company, the lack of compassion I felt during this time for me and the community was incredibly disheartening. We ended up having to take legal action against them to get some of the money we paid for a service they couldn't fulfill.

If you want a cheap location downtown, this is it, but don't expect good customer service, quick responses, and please please please don't pay in full, because even an act of god won't entitle you to any kind of refund.

I don t like complaining but folks should be held accountable for bad customer service. I hired them for an event with 250 clients at the Crystal Palace. We have about 15 events a year and this was the worst experience in catering that I have ever had. During the event clients came over to let me know that the beef was tough and the food was cold. I purchased ten extra meals to make sure we didn t run out of food for the Christmas event, and we still ran out of food.

They were to provide a coffee station, and they put one 8 cup carafe in the middle of an empty table and the carafe was empty most of the night. I went back to the kitchen to find out why we had no coffee and one of the staff said they all they gave her to serve us was a regular coffee pot and she was making coffee as fast as she could.

One of the staff went to the local store to get some other items for dessert since they ran out and by the time they got back the clients were leaving. They had purchased marked down day old stuff and felt this was appropriate.

I called to speak to the owner three times. She was always unavailable and never called me back. This was four years ago and I have never used them since. I hope they have improved. When we used them the staff was very apologetic and tried to do all they could. All the money we spent and the effort we went to, and we looked really bad to our clients. I would have rather not had an event at all.
