Ignore all the good comments, the service of this store has been degraded, There is no problem with plastic products .... of before lunch. Two copies of the receipt will be sought by TANGANG GUARDIA who will not be released within PABAYANG KAHERA will wait for you until 1:30 pm. Imagine you buy a cape in the morning after lunch, just because of the receipt kpya and the employees are in a hurry to have lunch. Worker without dedication to work AMO who is too busy with receipts and processes because he does not want to be robbed.

I had been purchasing various plastic products with Plastic Consumers Corporation for more than 10 years, my favorite sales staff in PCC Taguig Office is Patrick Noche, he was assigned last year to take care of my account, the reasons for me to mention his name is because of his various qualities: he is soft spoken and speak with RESPECT if I had complains or concern on a certain matter, he is ATTENTIVE and has PATIENCE in listenining and take note of my problem, and get back to me within the day to solve the problem, He is also FLEXIBLE, if there are problems which he can not solve immediately, he is willing to forward to his superior to get help. He always provide timely feedback and follow up and knows our urgency in doing business with them. With such kind of energetic, talented and hardwork sales staff, I am sure, our company will be able to do more business with PCC in the coming year.

I like Donewell products, because the quality of the products is good and the prices are cheap. As much as I was just starting out in the business, the value of their products was great. Way back MAY 2019 when I started in the bottle business, I had a hard time finding a cheap one because I was really touring the divisoria to find the cheapest one to be my supplier. Until one day someone said something to me while I was buying a jar outside the divi mall. "There is a warehouse don in the other corner of the case now they are closed". That day I got the idea to have a factory don and it was cheaper but every time I went shopping I bought an order for the office. Moving forward my facebook friends, I chat with ma'am cherry and help me so much, I call her and I talk to her super professional, you can see the person who is eager to help. When it came to the price it was almost half my savings. Up to this day my regular client and I have grown my business.

I've known Donewell from a plastic convention i visited 2 years ago. The price was affordable but was hesitant to transact because i thought it may cause me delay due to service. Poor customer service .... you will spend your time waiting for a reply to the text. Viber calls are not even answered. Payment verification takes more than 2 hrs. since it has reached the cut-off when verifying the payment, I also can not pick up my order. So, still waiting for Monday to be picked up. To Donewell sales staff there is no reason for many calls ... you do not even answer the calls to you. Don't wait for your customers.
