Vision Care Center, P.C. Review

This use to be the only place I'd buy my skincare products. However, after the Spring Fling of 2018, no gift bags if you arrived after 5, and spending a specific quota ($500+) the complimentary gift was a .50 plastic cosmetic bag, they have become a disappointment. Unfortunately, after mentioning this I encouraged a conversation with their PR Department, no response on the topic. They appear to be catering to the upper class and schedule their special events and hours of service around the non-working class.

The staff at The Centre P.C. are always helpful and kind. They are knowledgeable about their products and services and do not try to sell you anything you do not need.

Had a consult with Dr. Viscardi and was very upset when I left. He treated me like I was stupid, turned his back to me and walked out of the room while I was still talking to him. My husband was shocked. He just hugged me and said "lets go hunny."

Horrible experience! The doctor refused my insurance, which covers. They wanted me to pay cash. Then refused to forward my documents to another surgeon who will work with my insurance. Would NOT deal with this establishment again.

Doctor Viscardi did my implants after my mastectomy and did an amazing job! The office was very nice and all employees very professional. Always greeted me with a smile! Highly recommend center p.c. and dr.viscardi !

My review is regarding the Centre Yourself Spa. My last appointment was in May 2014 for tattoo removal, and I have not been back since. I fully understand that it takes anywhere from 6-8 treatments for removal to be successful, however, the whole process and treatment I received has made me hold off until I find another place that offers tattoo removal in the area. My biggest issue was my consultation. Pam did not perform my consultation, but an assistant did. I believe the original quote was approximately $500 for 3 of the tattoos I wanted removed, so I scheduled an appointment. At my first appointment, Pam remeasured my tattoos, and the price jumped to $1000. She explained why the measurements at the consultation were miscalculated, so we continued on with the procedures for two more sessions. She did drop the price for the local anesthetic because of the error, however, I felt very unwelcome the next two sessions because of the consultation misunderstanding. I never received a follow-up call after any of my procedures. I am looking elsewhere to have my tattoos removed because not the price, but because of the unpleasant "bedside manner" and how unwelcome I felt every time I walked through the doors of the Centre PC Centre Yourself Spa.

Dr. Viscardi and all the staff that I interacted with were absolutely fantastic! Very patient and thoroughly explained every procedure and took time to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend!

I am a 40 year old woman that was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my cheek. I had gone to a dermatologist that recommended Moh s surgery, but after much prayer, research, and a recommendation from a friend decided to go see a plastic surgeon named Dr. Viscardi for possible skin excision. He immediately calmed my nerves during the consultation letting me know how important this was because it was my face and he even promised to remove the cancer with 95% effectiveness with only 5% possibility of reoccurrence. It has been 8 weeks since my surgery and when I look in the mirror now it isn t the first thing I see anymore because Dr. Viscardi did such a wonderful job. Hopefully, I will never have this again, but if I do, then Dr. Viscardi will be my first call. Thank you Dr. Viscardi!

I was simply trying to schedule my first consultation. I had spoken to a consultant about a particular procedure I was interested in & wanted to continue with scheduling an appointment. I had been put on hold for 15 minutes & decided to call back because I felt I was forgotten about. The lady picked up and told me I would have to be on hold again....I was on hold until it sent me to their voicemail system, which I left a voicemail...shortly after which, I received a call back & was given an apology for the delay..her coworker had just gone on break & the other was at home..so the other lady I had spoken to simply did not care about my interest in this business. As I was giving more details to the other consultant, I was abruptly put on yet another hold which I did not appreciate nor understand why I was dealing with this place if they could not simply give me the time nor day to schedule an appointment. A rough experience for a first impression to say the least.

I set up an appointment to obtain one specific product. After paying the $50 consultation fee and driving 40 miles I was informed they no longer carried the product. The consultant made it appear it was my problem for not asking the right questions or that I spoke to their answering service. I have worked in the healthcare field for more than 40 years, not a good impression for their office.

I also had a very bad experience here. I paid for a cosmetic procedure on my eyes, and it is botched. I have been humiliated every since it I've gotten it done. My family and friends forever tell me what a waste of my money. I've also been to other businesses that offer my same procedure and they asked me did I get my procedure off the streets. Other comments were: How long ago did I have my procedure done? Who did such an awful job to my eyes? The procedure I done couldn't have been done by an experienced professional. I have a botched procedure. I use makeup still, as if I never gotten this done professionally, which was supposed to prevent me from wearing eye makeup. I have been back twice for touch ups and basically corrections, and all I walk out with are swollen eye lids. The staff is rude and inconsiderate to others, they make like they are top notch divas from Beverly Hills and they are wanna be glam girls. I have asked to speak to someone in charge, they continue to send me back to the lady (Beth) who done my procedure. Who wears glasses, can't see, not up to date on cosmetic enhancing, and who will tear your eyes up with her gun. SHe didn't even know what color to use on my skin tone. She just needs to QUIT. I do not recommend this facility The Centre PC for the kind of procedure I paid for. I was ripped off, and now my eye just water on their own sometimes, you can't even tell I got my permanent makeup done. The other places are cheaper and could have had me satisfied. Beth had no pictures of her work, and I don't think she or that office ever worked with African Americans before. They treated me as if I didn't spend money, geta big pricey procedure done, it was all awful. On top of it all I look horrible. Permanent makeup by someone who has no experience working with my skin tone, now I'm scarred for years to come.

Such a friendly staff. Very understanding, professional, and accommodating.

I don't believe the technician was trained efficiently to provide the services promised, based on my experience with a premier provider. I cannot recommend.

I was very pleased with my fractora treatment I had. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

I had a very nice experience with Erin. She walked me through the micro loading process and helped design the look of my new brows. She took so much time making sure that I felt comfortable and understood the process. I would highly recommend her.

I have never had better medical care. Dr. Viscardi is highly educated, and very dedicated. His skill is on the higher end of plastic and reconstruction surgery, and it shows. I am amazed he is in our area, very lucky to have him. He is compassionate and has great humor. The staff is beyond knowledgeable, and helpful. They are all a delight. The road from masectomy to reconstruction is so much better with this group. I never expected to feel so well, or that anyone could help me get past this nightmare of a train wreck.

Had botox to lift sagging eyelid
It made my right eye droopy, they told me to use eyedrops to fix but it did not. Very unhappy with them .

The Centre, PC offers an invitation for you to be comfortable and pampered. The staff command artistry and professionalism when executing their services. I recommend to anyone and everyone that if you are curious about a service to check it out. Don't hold back if you are unsure of financial burden, there is affordable options and solutions for everyone at The Centre PC.

Dr. Viscardi is an amazing surgeon! Him and his staff are extremely helpful and comforting. I would highly recommend him and will be using the Centre PC again in the near future.

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the minute we walked in. First time there (and last) and there was no feeling of welcome, just here is your paper work to fill out. Consulting clients out in the open, pedicures and manicures done right by the reception desk. unorganized in the back area with locations of lockers, dressing rooms, small rooms and not even the toilet seat would stay up without help. Lots of money spent on fancy items with their name on it and fancy fixtures but the staff is horrible. The director when we offered our recommendations could only explain that the owners don't listen to her and that she owns a day spa in another city, like I care. Person that did my pedicure and the lady doing the bamboo massage did great, they just need to work somewhere else because this place is bad.

The staff are very nice but the services are sub par. Had very bad results that never lasted(3 weeks) for botox. They were awesome about fixing it for free but those results also only lasted a few weeks. I got botox done by another plastic surgeon (not a nurse) and the results have lasted 4 months and counting.

I would return for massage or facial but not other services

Two years ago Dr.Downs repaired my issue. I was very satisfied with the results. Fast forward, I currently am in need of warranty work due to a manufacturer defect. Dr. Downs and his staff have gone above and beyond to set up the repair surgery and accommodate the anastealogist requests at no extra cost to me. I'm grateful to the staff at The Centre PC for taking care of me; keeping me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend The Centre, PC!

I tried the Coolsculpting, and was very disappointed. I thought it was Very Painful and I did not see Any improvement in the area I had worked on. The spa area and staff were very nice and professional though .

Untrained staff! does not know how to take measures, does not know how to call a customer back, does not know how to use a laser. Paid for an extra service that I did not even receive and wasn't given a refund. Take your money and run or else they will!

I have had many surgeries and procedures done at this facility. Dr Downs is the best surgeon and great at what he does , and very personable, he takes his time with consultations and tells you exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. The medical spa is also outstanding. All the staff in both the medical center and medical spa are tremendous at what they do, I can"t say enough about how well I love the Centre PC

Everything highly exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and dr.viscardi did an awesome job.

I am amazed at my results from Dr. Downs!! He does great work!!! I had reconstruction after a double mastectomy and I look better than I did before surgery! Pretty amazing!

Dr. Downs and his staff are amazing. They really care about their patients. I received excellent care during and after my surgery.

The Centre provided me with the information to make the right decision for me. Dr. Downs and his staff are fabulous. All information is provided upfront. Surgical staff fantastic. Post-op follow up great. I highly recommend.

I'm not sure about how anyone could complain about this place! My consultation was amazing. Way better and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be! Dr. Downs was awesome and very reassuring. Lindsay was super helpful and and very sweet! Looking forward to coming back!

The Centre PC has been wonderful for all of my needs! From skin care, the spa, to surgery -- I highly recommend. The staff is always very kind and personable and I have had nothing but great experiences! Dr Viscardi is very knowledgeable and realistic with your personal options. They are sure to answer all of your questions before (and after) a procedure.

It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment, because there is not adequate staff to answer incoming phone calls. Also, the hours are not convenient at all for anyone who works a first shift job. I received a gift card as a Christmas gift (5 months have now passed by, since I received it.) to use at The Centre, P.C. and I have no idea, when I will be able to utilize my gift card, because of my first shift work schedule.

The spa staff here is knowledgeable and accommodating. Definitely recommend pc centre to anyone looking for great results from educated professionals!

Dr. Viscardi is down to earth, answers questions readily and honestly. I appreciate his candor. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, also very friendly.

Wonderful experience every time I go to the Spa. Everyone is very friendly and knows your name. I would highly recommend this place.

Do not waste your money on the lazer co2. During consult this was the procedure they recommended and was told one treatment would keep me at home for 10 to 14 days at least. I do not feel the procedure was done correctly at all! I was out of the house in 4 Days with no signs I had anything done! Now 8 months later I look and feel like I had nothing done. I spent 3000.00 for this and was told in the consult ( which was not even the person who did the procedure) I would see incredible results so the money would be with it! I wish I would have went with another clinic because I hear and have read reviews for this procedure and people are happy I am not.
