Uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the minute we walked in. First time there (and last) and there was no feeling of welcome, just here is your paper work to fill out. Consulting clients out in the open, pedicures and manicures done right by the reception desk. unorganized in the back area with locations of lockers, dressing rooms, small rooms and not even the toilet seat would stay up without help. Lots of money spent on fancy items with their name on it and fancy fixtures but the staff is horrible. The director when we offered our recommendations could only explain that the owners don't listen to her and that she owns a day spa in another city, like I care. Person that did my pedicure and the lady doing the bamboo massage did great, they just need to work somewhere else because this place is bad.
