My review is regarding the Centre Yourself Spa. My last appointment was in May 2014 for tattoo removal, and I have not been back since. I fully understand that it takes anywhere from 6-8 treatments for removal to be successful, however, the whole process and treatment I received has made me hold off until I find another place that offers tattoo removal in the area. My biggest issue was my consultation. Pam did not perform my consultation, but an assistant did. I believe the original quote was approximately $500 for 3 of the tattoos I wanted removed, so I scheduled an appointment. At my first appointment, Pam remeasured my tattoos, and the price jumped to $1000. She explained why the measurements at the consultation were miscalculated, so we continued on with the procedures for two more sessions. She did drop the price for the local anesthetic because of the error, however, I felt very unwelcome the next two sessions because of the consultation misunderstanding. I never received a follow-up call after any of my procedures. I am looking elsewhere to have my tattoos removed because not the price, but because of the unpleasant "bedside manner" and how unwelcome I felt every time I walked through the doors of the Centre PC Centre Yourself Spa.
