Two years ago Dr.Downs repaired my issue. I was very satisfied with the results. Fast forward, I currently am in need of warranty work due to a manufacturer defect. Dr. Downs and his staff have gone above and beyond to set up the repair surgery and accommodate the anastealogist requests at no extra cost to me.
