Engaging Vinfotech was the single biggest mistake we could have made.
1. Incapable of sticking to deadlines.
2. Project management was non-existent.
3. Poor communication (with the exception of their sales team who are very responsive). When the pressure was on to deliver we received radio silence.
4. Horrific work product - We ultimately had to recruit another development team to effectively start again.
I will never use them again.
Worst App Ever. There Fantasy sports App is worst compared to other competitor Apps they will promise that they have tested on 5 lakhs users in my case the App crashed on just 900 users. There are many flaws they will just promised that it will be resolved but it will never get resolved . many features are not working like Download all teams,etc
If you aim to grow towards excellence instead of best then Vinfotech is the right choice.

I have been interviewed here with Murtaza fida and the interview was scheduled by Neeru Rijhwani. I have not been asked about my notice period while scheduling tbe interview. Later at the time of interview this gentleman told that my interview have had not been scheduled if i told my 2 months of notice period prior(which nobody asked me).
Interview went well and Mr. Murtaza asked me to talk to my HR first for negotiating my NP to 45 days before next round.
And then when i confirmed that it will be 2 months only he had given me his useless advice and refused my candidature.
What kind of attitude was that..
Why half information has been asked to me by the HR....
