Do not advertise with them. You are going to be overcharged and they will under-deliver. To give some background, I was initial interested in using radio advertising in Buffalo after experiencing some success with it in Rochester. I did radio advertising in Rochester for around $5K a year, which produced around 150 leads. Entercom charges a minimum of $6K a month. After running ads with Entercom for around 2 months I received 5 leads. You read that right, 5 leads for around $12K. I thought the higher price was going to lead to better results (as I am sure many other potential advertisers would think as well), but this was not the case. I would spend my advertising dollars elsewhere.
