Viejas Casino and Turf Club Review

This place is off the chart! The buffet is sooooo good. Crab legs! Our room was a-maz-ing! I don't like the smoking, however.

This is without a doubt the best in SD as far as buffets go in my opinion.

We went to have lunch in the Buffet. They offered a huge array of dishes, and size it was Friday they had a special lobster feature . There is a large area featuring only seafood. Food was above average, but there were a few misses. Service was friendly and efficient.

Love this place win or lose. Great shopping, love the calming water show and music.

We stayed at the Willows which was beautiful and amazing, unfortunately all the restaurants in the casino do not allow you to take your food that s left over back up to your room. I don t really understand why but I normally never eat more than half of what I order if I m at a restaurant and I like having leftovers, so this bothered me.

Everything was great. Can't wait to stay here again. Even the slots were friendly.

It was a nice place for people. A lot of happiness all over the place.

Very inviting resort..One the pricey side but to be expected for a casino. The one negative thing I can say is the casino still allows smoking in certain areas.. Beautiful atmosphere

Food was good but everything was already cold, which sucked because I was expecting more especially because it was Valentine s Day

The Willows Hotel was great it's new and Ultra Modern.

The casinos outlets are among the best kept and priced. Got away with many bargains and reasonably priced food. Perhaps more variety of stores, such as tech stores or etc. The Viejas bowl was also great and fun with friendly staff and a great price. Just an overall great experience for the family, or a date!

Re-vamped buffet is consistently the worst of any casino locally...good thing I didn't pay the $50.00 Viejas asks for this cold and tasteless all you can eat buffet.

On 6/25/18 I entered Viejas 2ND LEVEL BY HOTDOGS STAND and asked Allen (a security guard ) for information I needed 2 check n . He went above all to help me. Allen We need more pl like you Thank You so much. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB.

I love this casino! It is my favorite out of the other like 8 casinos in san diego. I love they have a bowling ally and mall along with the casino and the new hotel. It truly is the complete package

Good variety of food, good service, open bar and they have stella!!!!

Many machine's to play. Great chances of winning. Not as smokey, as other casino's. Buffet is less then Barona. The cost of Barons is 45 dollars per person.

I have been going to this casino for over 3 decades watching it grow from a small tent casino to a two hotel four diamond modern resort.
And although the facility is beautiful and the rooms luxurious there is one very ugly demon in their closet...... It's their security staff I have witnessed as well as been a victim of the security forces bullying people who they deem are not "playing enough" and then they swoop down on you like a bird of prey being very abrasive to the guest and then banning them from the casino for 30 days. Mind you these guest have got no warning that there behaviour I e sitting at a machine and not playing was against casino policy. So beware and know you are only welcome there as long as you are spending money so no breaks fellow gamblers.

i have stayed here several times, and will continue to stay when i visit Saddles in Service

Buffet food is the best, includes beer, wine and champaigne for the same price. The cost if it is high but taking out the casino card deducts 20%.

Spaciously layed out. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Too much smoking for my taste. Buffet is excellent!

The resort looks fantastic with the new hotel, pool, restaurants and decor. It is really lovely.

Good entertainment for the price. Employees are friendly and helpful.

It used to be fun and now they just take take take. They play loud music to distract players and just get you in and out like cattle.

Very cold at night , wear a cozy jacket(s) . Always a good time at the outlets.

Not the old place ! Doesn't have the warmth or customer appeal or charm. As a customer I came to gamble but saw & felt no warmth in the approach as was what made the old V , my casino of Choice & WHAT'S HAPPENED TO THE OLD SPIRIT OF SOMETIMES HEARING THE NOISE OF WINNING ! ! ?
