I hate this company there so rude and unprofessional. When u call them is like they don't want to be bothered and there tone of voice u can tell there attitude simple things they give you a hard time .if I could give 0 stars I would because is a shietty company ..a read all there reviews and not many are positive u would think they would do something to change their staff attitudes to make it better but is obvious they don't care .I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I have had a really difficult experience with Tempus Unlimited. I came on to write this review after having an unpleasant conversation with the supervisor who ultimately hung up on me mid conversation. After reading other negative reviews about similar issues I experienced (e.g., missing paperwork, no payment for 4 weeks of work, poor customer service/communication), I am not surprised. It is shameful that a company that is responsible for helping people provide care to those with disabilities makes it even more difficult for families who have other challenges to manage.

Not impressed. Was so much better when it was cerebral palsy. Customer service is awful. I never received call in regards to paperwork for new PCA s because they keep saying they call our old number. Even though I ve updated it at least 4 times!! Uhg

Good place to work. So far they have been responsive when required and have never had a problem with payroll or time sheets. The only problem I have had was receiving my w2s, but that was also resolved with a quick phone call.

It really sucks dealing with them, first they don't treat you like a worker and then they will have you fax a form 10 times but be their machine that mess up. They are quick to blame you or the person you are sending it from. Really hate dealing with this company. Masshealth needs to do something either without this company on their end.

They have no office manager to complain to about anything. Payroll issues, fax issues, consumer Issues...the list goes on and on. Stay away from this place like the plague. Oh by the way I asked for a supervisor MANY times...They blew me off completely! I did my due diligence!
Place is crooked as a snake . I see how sorry your company truly is! Supervisor would not come to the phone today to talk to me today 1-18-18.

This company is horrible they have held my pay so many times. One time because my 5 look like an 8 another time because I didn't circle p.m. and I don't get paid for like a week or two weeks later you can't hold back my pay that's against the law!!!

Unprofessional. Lost paperwork and then argue with their customers... sorry - "consumers". Have attempted to resolve an issue with them several times, and have ALWAYS encountered rude, ignorant people that are incapable of doing their job. You would think their focus would be to ensure the customer is satisfied and receiving the support they need.

Horrible customer service on hold for 30 mins and nothing was fixed and no questions were answered they try and talk around the question to confuse me and say they answered the question when they clearly didnt. unprofessional unorganized dont communicate well they need to retrain employees and teach manners on how to treat others over the phone especially future clients and or employees I felt I knew more about their company and jobs then they did

Had to wait over a month and a half just to get on...

Had to wait over a month and a half just to get on the pay roll then i finally get on the pay roll to find out that union dues are with held that wasnt even told to me before i started working with Tempus. Further mor you call with questions your on hold a good 30 minutes listening music blasting in your ear the whole time on hold. You fax your time sheets in and wait about 4 extra days just to recieve your pay.this needs to change or theyll have no employees.
Example I'm still WAITing for my pay for the weeks of Nov 17th though Nov 30th and here it is Dec. 16th And still NO PAY
NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!

This place in in the dark ages. It should be shut down for incompetency. The State of MA should be ashamed to work with them.
Only accept faxes as a way to turn in hours....how ridiculous! The dysfunctional uncaring, uneducated people that work there could care less about the job they do or the people that they are suppose to be helping. They are just there to collect a check every week. No wonder there are so many horrible reviews. They will recite their phone scripts over and over without a concern for the person in the other line. Oh and have fun waiting an hour on hold and listening to the 5 minute message that is forced on you it you want to speak to a (un)human employee.

I have payroll issues CONSTANTLY. It's almost inevitable. Then they don't call you to tell you if there's an issue with your time sheet. So you're screwed and waiting on your paycheck smh also the young lady's who answer the phones are very rude sometimes helpless, condescending, or just plain absent minded.

This agency is sick . Your staff said they sent out w2 papers on the 31 and no one seem to have gotten theres. A bunch of idiots . It is a whole topic on google of people saying they have not recieved there w2. The staff are rude and a bunch of liers. It do not take that long to recieve mail from you all. When i called the lady said it was sent out on the 31 why wait until the last day if it was sent out. A bunch of jerks. This agency always give people a hard time.

I have been working for almost 3 months without pay because this company is disorganized and does not know how to communicate with each other. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. I'm going to have to make yet another phone call to them so I can wait on hold for 30 minutes and have nothing worked out.

I ve been working as a PCA for 3 years now & let me just say This company is the absolute WOST company to have to deal with. I would give 0 stars. The women working there are super unprofessional. They are all always miserable & They make it very clear that they don t care about you or your issues. I have never had a pleasant time calling these people. Every time I ask for a manager or supervisor either they say I can t give you that information or I get hung up on. They seriously need an app or something so people can have access to their pay stubs & what not without going through this unpleasant company. Makes me want to quit my job and never have to deal with these people ever again !! Calling them for help on anything is pointless because they are so unhelpful & don t call them if you don t want your whole mood ruined.

Get quite annoyed about how I'm spoken to on the phone. You get 3 different answers from 3 different people and they talk to you like your the stupid one. No, I understand the words that are coming out of your mouth but do you understand that's the third thing said to me. Was told once after filling out paperwork the same for a long time that it was incorrect even though that's how the sample say's to do it so you refax it that way & someone else says you did it right the first time. They should be doing more screening because they have many employees treating elderly/disabled like there stupid and talking down to them. Sorry to you who are doing 5star work but there isn't enough of you.

Once again I only got partial check. Just enough to screw up my loan. I ve worked with this company for four years and they are even worse when they took over. Just to let everyone know. You can file a dispute with the Department of Labor not the Better Business Bureau. If they keep getting complaints about payroll maybe the government will take notice. I m looking for a new job since I never know if or when I m getting paid. They are scammers and maybe embezzlement is involved with this company?

The worse customer service representatives, lack of focus on payroll. I was only paid for one week even though my timesheet has both week 1 and 2; filled out correctly. I am constantly being sanctioned from one consumer even though I did the PCA orientation and I was told I only had to submit it once for it to go to all my Consumers.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. They need to find another company to handle the PCA's payroll. It's Sept 29 and I haven't been paid since Aug 2nd. It's been so long that the client actually died. They also keep saying that my I-9, the signatures of an 83 yr old woman that had a broken arm don't look enough alike to issue me a paycheck...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. The professionalism here in non-existent. And they lie, like all the time. They try to say they called and left messages, but don't they realize cellphones keep call records?! They need to fire every employee that works here or like I said, find another agency to handle payroll.

This place is so full of it. They send your w2 forms out on the 31 of January other jobs do not wait that long. So unprofessional. The staff is rude when you call. Worst place every. You people post mark the date so you all can cover your butts. The worker told me that w2 was sent out on on the 31. TO the owner that said your company did nothing wrong. No one has received their w2 look on goggle everyone is saying the same thing. Everyone is reporting your company and i will do so as well. Don't comment if you don't know whay your talking about. Your company did not send out w2 like they was suppose to. You suppose to send them out by the 31 not on the 31 and i have yet to receive mine. I had to go to the company to get a copy. Like i said you all are very unprofessional.

I have worked for this company for over three year...

I have worked for this company for over three years and i still have issues getting paid on a timely manner. It s embarrassing. My checks are always late it s ridiculous .customer service is horrible 20 min or more waiting only to be responded with attitude. I m so glad to be finally leaving.

I would not listen to many of these ratings. This is an amazing company, not only only to work for, but I have personal experience with them as a PCA and getting services through TU for family members.
Very friendly, diligent, courteous and always professional.
Some people may just be having a bad day to even rate such negatively, but you really have to have your own experience with them.

No one is willing to help you and when they do it is made clear that you are the problem and it is a hassle that they are assisting you. They lack customer service in any sense and make things extremely difficult for PCA's to get set up in the system and also paid.

Hundreds, maybe thousands of PCA's still have no w-2's. Every call results in a different story. It's the sun contractor, the PO, etc. Reality is that it is Tempus' responsibility to get them out. Communication is terrible and confusing; the FI component needs training and Tempus' needs to accept responsibility because they choose the sub-contractor.

Horrible customer service in MA, I used to called to the English line and thanks God I am bilingual, they are rude and think they are working with cows or something. I now call to the Spanish line and at least 2 out of 5 are professional and do their work. The other 3 think they are just lending you money for free, you call and is like they don't want to be there. They need to give these people some customer service training or something. I gave a 3 for those people that go there and do their job. Sometimes I pray not to call there, but there is usually ( always) an issue with the payment so I have no other choice. I want to say thank you to those that respect others and the work we do, if it wouldn't be for them I would have give a 0 if I could. Also as everyone else it took me more than 6 months to get paid, some won't explain to you anything but they are sure ready to be rude, I usually don't like to give bad reviews but I have to say the truth, maybe someone will change something one day, some how. Not okay.

No one is on the same page there. You have to keep calling to make sure your paper work was received. One person will say it was received and your all set. Than the next rep you speak with will tell you a complete different story. I was told I was given a outdated I-9 FORM! How can that be when I called before I faxed the paper..... and a different rep. went through the same I-9 form with me and had me fix my mistakes. How come she didn't know it was outdated? No one at Tempus Cares!!!! They really need to run this business better, because for me faxing is not FREE.

Very professional and outstanding staff to deal with. Very well organized also. Took a friend there for some personal reasons. The receptionist was out going, kind and greeted us as soon as we entered the place. The security guard is a little dry went first entering, until you speak to him and then you will enjoy the kindness he offers too.

Horrible company. Been 2 months and still no check. Feel terrible to leave this child I care for out but I need to survive too. Also they are very rude on phone and blame the postal service on why it is I haven't received a single check. In addition they need there social workers to be more on top of these patients. I've been in homes where I barely could do my job because of the care takers do not provide for the ones they are intended too and receive checks to provide for them. Shouldn't have to clean an entire house before I can bathe and or feed my patient. If so provide more hours and money. Not enough time in the hours they provide to care for the patient. I enjoy taking care of people. But it pains me to see a company taking advantage of employees. We already have a tough enough time with finding and keeping jobs in the field. But no payment in 2 months is no excuse!

Been working for this company for 6 months. First time went 3 weeks without being paid then next time 6weeks without being paid. Now this time it s 8 weeks and I ve faxed my time sheets 6 times to them. You get a confirmation saying they get your timesheets. However every time they blame you for their problems. If my client didn t need me as much I d stop working and go somewhere else. Horrible customer services and payroll. They also can t even send W2 out on time most everyone didn t get theirs tills the 10th of February

This company is literally the worst place to work for. My paychecks were almost always late. They would just decide not to process my pay roll then instead of fixing the problem I would be forced to wait 7 extra days to get paid. Also they are great at wrongful termination the person I worked for was hospitalized for a week and I got fired for not doing my job while she was hospitalized I'm sorry but I don't work for free and I don't get paid if she's in the hospital. I won't ever recommend this company to anyone. You need to fix this company.

First off the payroll staff is extremely unprofessional. I've been with them for a year, I have a great consumer. But there is always an issue with payroll. It's extremely frustrating to work so hard and have your money played with. They are condescending, slow, and unintelligent customer service representatives. The system also needs to be rearranged.

I have been working for a consumer since July 2017...

I have been working for a consumer since July 2017 I haven t had many issues with tempus but since January I have not been paid. I have been sending in time sheets since that time. I know they have received some but one was rejected because I messed up two of the am/pm boxes. I had the consumer sign new ones just Incase on tempus s end they weren t coming out right through the fax. But I have been trying to call for the last couple days to figure this out but the phone is always busy. During the day and throughout the night (I tried late night just to see if the were actually busy). WHAT IS GOING ON!? Why can t I get a hold of anyone? What s wrong with your phone?

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. It has been 6 weeks and I still haven t gotten paid. They lost my direct deposit form with my bank information on it and they tell me a different story every time I call them. Will definitely be calling all day to get my paycheck but as usual i will be on hold for at least 30 minutes before I get to speak to someone. Unprofessional and irresponsible.

They give you a very VERY hard time when it s time to pay you. Very poor management, disorganized, and there s ONE of the receptionists that s very rude. I called one day right before their closing time (which is 4:30pm) and the receptionist that picked up gave me the nastiest attitude, and on top of that after I explained my situation and why I was calling she said sorry I can t help you now, we re closed like what kind of service is that???? It was 4:32pm when she said that. I suppose that even if you re closed, you re supposed to help the last client and THEN you re closed, otherwise WHYYY would you even pick up the phone if that s how you feel? I worked for them on DECEMBER and this is the time they still haven t paid me. I ve been doing everything they told me to do in order to get paid, sent letters, faxes, signatures, paperwork and finally when I think I m done, there s something wrong on the paperwork because they don t even explain you well what you need to do exactly in order for the whole process to go smoothly. I don t recommend it.

Just awful in getting paid ! First time working for my consumer 6 weeks....took 6 weeks to get paid. Process happening AGAIN ! Discharge papers faxed four times! And if you don't call they don't care! Your time sheets will just pile up and be filed...just awful !

Terrible customer service. I had to fill out the same exact papers and fax them over like 4 times because they kept saying the papers were expired... YET they were the papers that they kept sending to me by mail and they werent expired just had 2 different dates on them. My pay was withheld for 6 weeks because of this issue and then I finally received a retro check. Very unorganized and it wasnt until I asked for a supervisor that something was done!

Customer service along with this company is terrible. I can not believe that MassHealth does not know about this yet, policies are being broken, engagement with customers they service are not being met, workers that work for this company are very unprofessional. Hanging up calls on customers are now and will continue to be their regular routine, until MassHealth makes a change for the better. This agency is unfit to service the public, period. If you are being serviced by this agency you have an idea of what I am referring to. MassHealth make a change, the people will not stand for this ANY MORE!

I am a PCA as well as the daughter of a consumer. Tempus is terrible. The on hold messages are far too long. They should really break it up to "press one if you'd like to hear our fax number, press two if you would like to know our hours" That would cut down the on hold time. It takes up to 10 minutes to get through their message. I'm sorry but I have better things to do. Also what about those with prepaid cards losing 20 minutes of their time waiting to get through all the info on their welcome message.

Next. They leave messages on your answering machine but someone who clearly has English as a second language, and is very bad at that. You can't understand a word.

Last the consumer is an 80 year old woman who can hardly write and has dementia yet they insist on any request be done in writing by the consumer. They could use other security measures.

I would never recommend them
