Buffet is hands down best buffet. All you can drink makes it worth it.

I recommend viejas casino good staff , good service and all way round thump up.

We always have fun at Viejas. The remodel is incredible. It's gorgeous, upscale, classy! Some people win, some people lose. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. We go for the fun!!

Was excluded for cashing out and was never refunded my room price for that night nor the next night that I payed in advance as well as my stuff in has In my room i was told I can get it back in 30 days After my exclusion expires really that is nice except for the guy when I called says they donate property at the end of every month well I had a lot of expensive stuff and I can't get a simple call to tell me where the heck i can get it back from because the policy says they can't talk until I am off exclusion really is had almost a thousand dollars in my safe and my computer is pad and laptop as well as a few other items what a loop hole they worked out to be able to rob people of the stuff they probably just wanted for them selves. Salvages

I've received better offers from casinos that I hardly go to for my birthday than Viejas which I go to regularly. They've fallen way off. Maybe it's because of the pandemic?

Jennifer was the sweetest change lady in the casino. Very friendly. I won $1100 here!

Great venue! Attended a .38 Special outdoor concert. All casino personnel were fabulous! Very helpful! I can only say that alternate exits for attendees be utilized after show. Mira our waitress at the lounge was epic!! Thanks Viejas, I'll be back!!

After being in the line for the buffet for 35 min and 40 min of being in line for the lobster to come in, my family from out of state and i get kicked out emeressed by two waitresses today they said we could only be there for two hours, they were really rude and told us to drink our coffee outside. How about viejas hires fast paced people and you wont have to deal with these problems anymore. And for my gold card that you take my money from??? My opinion doesnt count?

Great place, staff was first rate. Left some money there, but had a great stay. Food at cafe c- Grove Steak House top shelf. Locale good food , great bar staff, table service a little slow. Hotel staff was very professional.

My husband and I went out for a rare date night to the casino. When we arrived at the buffet we were told the wait was 30 minutes. 20 minutes in, a group that was separated part of the group is in the beginning of the line the rest of the group was at the end we're told that all 18 of them could move to the front of the line and bypass at least 20 people including my husband and I. People who had already been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Then when we finally got into the buffet the food was horrible. The prime rib was dry and the rest of the food was just awful, the taco meat for the carne asada tacos was stringy and fatty. Certain side dishes were either empty or close to it and what was left was partially dried out. The only good thing there was the seafood. My husband and I would not recommend this Buffet.

Very Smokey inside , hard to breathe. Decent slots, mediocre buffet. Maybe skip this casino and go to another , even the outlets are wack and limited .

As far as I been cambling over 20 years Viejas casino is one of the best ones I like

The food is decent. Upset they changed the hot crab to Dungeness crab, it was dry and is very flavlorless. I would like to see their foods posted with signs stating if they are gluten free or not like other casinos do, it might allow people like myself to go more and eat.

Room wasn't available until 5:30pm but Grey at the registration desk compensated us with dining credits which was much appreciated. Other than that, hotel is nice, fun, clean, and buffet with open bar was great.

The renovations look amazing. I am glad they are improving the atmosphere.

Great. Good food at the Buffet. Oysters and shrimp with a cold beer . Played some slots and win a little extra money.

Food was great, our steak was cooked perfectly and the cheese platter contained a good mix of cured meats and cheeses. We had the cheesecake which was not too sweet and had a good thick crust. My only complaint would be the smoking section of the casino is connected to the non smoking side and the smoke drifts into the non smoking side. We had to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant and both ended up smelling like cigarette smoke.

This is a great casino. The atmosphere is nice and a large section of the floor is non smoking, unlike Barona. The buffet is nice and has a lot of variety. They are always adding new, fun dishes. My only critique on the beverages is that when they have a featured cocktail it is often far too sweet with little alcohol in it.

It was fine except for one security guard this big guy big bald guy was very rude to me and everyone around me for no reason so for that I'm not sure how soon I'll be going back because he was very rude he owes me $8 to

Forget about Las Vegas! Viejas Casino has it all! It is a 4 star hotel with a huge casino just 30 minutes away from San Diego.
Water, coffee, etc are complimentary inside the casino.
The rooms are wide and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious.

Beautiful roomy clean friendly staff. Course not as many people during social distancing and reopening..but made it nice since Im not a frequent flyer!

They are being very careful during the covid which is great! Very few ppl go so it's perfect!

I have been to a lot of gaming establishment. I even lived in Las Vegas. And buy far this is the best one, it's like home away from home. Are host Mrs. Stautx. Is in a class all of her own. Really treats us like one of the Family. For top to Bottom. 1st class.
