Incompetent. 7 working days to replace a battery, ...

Incompetent. 7 working days to replace a battery, mobile phone returned with the same battery but motherboard replaced. Result? Battery that still does not last long and the screen / compass tilt no longer works. And now? Will I have to wait another 7 working days? Go and sell the fish at the market!
