Want to work, jump on me!
Thus the attitude of the employees of the LG assistance center in Via Pacini in Milan could be defined. I had a problem with my Lg, probably due to the battery, now "cooked". They told me to go to the center of Via Pacini, where they would diagnose the cell phone and diagnose where the problem was. I went there, apart from the poor kindness received (it seemed that I was sorry to have gone there!), I explained the problem and in response they told me: "We will send it to assistance". No diagnostic done, no initiative. Simple passacarte, and also rude. "But how," I replied, "and if the problem is only the battery, we send it away for nothing, let's at least try a new battery!" With enough they took a new battery and put it in place of the old one. Result, it worked. "Yes, it seems to work" - they have laconically commented, adding "But we don't have batteries". Point. I had to ask, "And can you order?" "Yes but who knows when it arrives". "So where can I find a new battery?" "Boh, try one of those stores like 3, Wind ... Maybe they have it." I came out quite disappointed. But how, a Lg service center can't even get a LG battery? Really a nice assistance! Give yourself to horse racing, in Milan there is a beautiful racecourse! And congratulations to the LG, to rely on certain people.
