To tell the truth this vote would go to 3 components: LG in the first place, video pacini in second and finally axtel that has the minor faults, but let's get to the point: Porto in assistance at the collection point Axtel a 5x nexus with 20 days of life because the fingerprint sensor has faded and after 20 days is inadmissible for something to use with the hands. Axtel email assures me that the intervention is under warranty so I go in person to the place. Here I find a receptionist who takes my data and the reason for the repair, marking in large letters that this is the discoloration of the sensor. After 4 weeks, they contact me saying that my phone is ready and here the hoax arrives: I find out that the phone has been sent to videopacini, where despite having received the signal to repair the fingerprint sensor for fading, they decide instead to replace the speaker that actually worked ... moral of the story, LG scandalous assistance, but above all stay away from axtel for their poor level of communication and peace of mind for their incompetence (as well as "cunning")
