I went to this dealership a few years ago when I was in the market for a car. Spent 20 minutes in the showroom and didn't even get a hello from anyone. So I went across the street and bought a BMW 328. Today I thought I'd give them another chance as I'm soon ready to deal my Acura MDX. I got the exact same experience today!!! Unbelievable! Not even a greeting. And half the cars in the showroom were locked so I couldn't even check them out on my own. I'd expect a lot more from Mercedes. Back across the street I go...
