Worked with Verz to create a corporate site awhile back and it was a great experience overall where we got a product we are pleased with. Thank you in particular to Eric, our project manager who was very patient with any questions we had along the way, giving us relevant and prompt advice. I think the most valuable part of working with Verz is that other than knowing that the team has a system that works in place, Eric was very upfront about whether certain desired outcomes were achievable which ultimately helped to ensure our project could move along. This was possible because of a great work ethic which we appreciate!
We paid in full for their services and nothing was done after a year. We couldnt get a refund and nothing was done for us in the end. Boss and manager was rude to us too. Our other clients had similar feedback as well. DO NOT ENGAGE IN THEIR SERVICES.

Becareful with engaging these guys. Heard they use a lot of FTs to do the work (likely cost driven). A friend had such bad experiences with their bad quality of work, tried to terminate them only to be held ransom that either pay for work not done or risks being pulled the plug.

Oh my god. They seem to be very busy that forget our appointment time. Waited at their reception standing for almost 30mins. Then the sales come with a cup of coffee for himself on his hand. Kinda of giving us the feeling that we are begging them to do project for us. While during was a presentation by us giving them our requirement while just a few words from them. Verz Design is definitely a scam. My start up decided to choose verz because their pricing is competitive. They took very long to design a website and did even meet the our basic requirements and tried to over charge us in sneaky way. At last when the website was delivered, it wasn't working well too and we had to find a new vendor to solve the website issues. It was indeed a terrible experience working with Verz. I suggest everyone to avoid working to Verzdesign to avoid disappointment. Verzdesign facebook also does not allow reviews. really sketchy company and bad service!
Verz is pretty decent when it comes to design and efficiency. However service can be quite laggy sometimes. i feel that the project managers have way too many projects on hand, and their programmers are not really that steadfast or skilled. Sales Team is also quite rude and unprofessional imo. All in all, i am relatively satisfied with Verz but this satisfaction is mostly due to my project manager Russell, who has been really professional and accommodating to my needs. Its pretty safe to say that, if not for Russell, i won't be with Verz.

My company had an extremely bad experience with verzdesign. They couldn't reply emails on time, couldn't meet any of the deliverables. During the sale pitch, they promise the sky, moon and stars and everything could be done on time. still remembered the sales person was Lance. overpromise but cannot deliver anything at all. In short, I can say this is the worst website design vendor in Singapore. please don't engage them as it will be the worst decision you ever made.

Not sure if the quality of the service was dependent on the PM assigned, but contrary to the ratings, our experience with Verz leaves much room for improvement. There was a constant need by us to chase for updates, plus the timeline and documentation were often poorly communicated. For example, the UAT phase was done without a proper step-by-step guideline to test the features. It was just one empty Google doc where the responsibility to figure out what to test on the backend falls entirely on the client, who has no technical knowledge. The documentation of the CMS user guide was only provided when client requested, and was far from comprehensive and client has to resort to a trial and error method to figure out how to use the CMS and add to the User Guide ourselves. Am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the design of the website still looks nice and the pricing of Verz is affordable but in terms of project management, it could have been done a lot better. There were many instances during the project phase where communications and SOP could be improved, as we found this lacking.
It has been a pleasure working with Verz Design. We do come to certain roadblocks but I am glad we are still able to resolve the matters and launch the website. I am pleased with services rendered. Keep up the good work.
Some background. (1) I am based in Kenya, whilst the project team is based in Singapore. (2) This is the updated version (2nd) of the website, the first was designed and constructed by Verz Design in 2015. (3) I have requested the original project manager, Eric Shen, to manage this latest updating. (4) I understand Verz Design might have used programming capabilities of different nationalities in South East Asia, but they are very experienced and competent. Now, some feedback. (a) Despite the distance and time difference, Eric has managed the project very well : experienced, capable, and proactive. (b) Eric was not a follower that just act according to customer requirements, he in fact provided useful suggestions and advice eg use of copywriter, website features. (c) Though I was incapacitated by the pandemic situation, and the project stalled, Eric, Aseem Mohamed and programming team have been very patient with me. Finally, I am quite conversant with the IT capabilities in Africa, particularly Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya. Ghana rather than the other two countries is the Tech Startup capital in Africa. I however is based in Kenya working on an AgriTech startup, so I can only make a comparison between Singapore and Kenya IT . Overall, there is a big gap between the two, and Kenya IT has a lot of catching up to do, in terms of expertise and cost structure. I am working on the platform for my AgriTech startup in Kenya and will be keen to evaluate Verz Design (based in Singapore) for their capabilities and cost effectiveness for the next phase of the work. The earlier ground engagement, needs assessment, and design proposition have been three years in the making. This time, it will not just be a website, but one that is a market-based platform, linked to artificial intelligence and blockchain components.
