Not sure if the quality of the service was dependent on the PM assigned, but contrary to the ratings, our experience with Verz leaves much room for improvement. There was a constant need by us to chase for updates, plus the timeline and documentation were often poorly communicated.

For example, the UAT phase was done without a proper step-by-step guideline to test the features. It was just one empty Google doc where the responsibility to figure out what to test on the backend falls entirely on the client, who has no technical knowledge.

The documentation of the CMS user guide was only provided when client requested, and was far from comprehensive and client has to resort to a trial and error method to figure out how to use the CMS and add to the User Guide ourselves.

Am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the design of the website still looks nice and the pricing of Verz is affordable but in terms of project management, it could have been done a lot better. There were many instances during the project phase where communications and SOP could be improved, as we found this lacking.
