The shop stewards were deliberately created to misinform and mislead the workforce.

The worst thing that can happen to a worker is being betrayed by your own union! Working days are canceled at the VW plant in Wolfsburg and the workforce then has to accept cuts in salary!

What the IGM does, in most cases, does the IGM well. But if you consider how high the contribution you make to the IGM every month, it is actually far too little what the IGM does for you.

Too arrogant appearance of IG Metall Wolfsburg. Not really interested in the workers.

Every Volkswagen AG Wolfsburg employee should enter here so that their interests can be competently represented by IG Metall in front of the employer.
I have been an IG Metall member for many years and do not regret a month!
