I always believe a good staff is an asset to the Company. I do not deny that I'm quite a difficult customer if my needs/questions are not met/answered promptly. Rupash, the appointed Project Manager for my job, over the course of 9 months, has done an excellent job and proven his worth. Many technical issues which cannot be resolved previously were being carried out under his care. Rupash is a very patient gentleman. I hope the Company can value his contributions and grant him higher levels of responsibilities which he is capable of handling. I'm happy.
