This was a shockingly good time with my kids. I expected this to be kind of a dud, but was super surprised. We had a great time, would definitely go again. Monday through Thursday is the best time to go.

We took NYC Snow Bus from the Barclays Center and got there in what felt like no time. I didn't know what to expect given that it was in NJ, but the trails and terrain parks were great. Multiple peaks and a ton of amazing park features.

I've been here before covid and loved it. It's still a great park with plenty of fun, though if course there are limitations. About half of the park is closed, but I think what remains open are some of the best attractions (specially for couples). The wave pool reached "max capacity" at certain points, but that's to be expected. Food prices are what you'd expect from one of these parks. They have a bar serving liquor for those who are interested in enhancing their time in the park. The lines were not longer than they would normally be.

My experience started with Customer service who were always quick to respond and very helpful. I visited to ride the mountain bike park and had a blast. The trails were tons of fun. At times a bit underrated in comparison to other similar trails, but all in all a great time.

Mountain Creek is a nice place but the water park doesn't have many rides for the kids and the date of my visit 5 of the best rides for adults were closed. The food was good but I found it expensive fir the portion given.

Small bike park when compared to whistler, but that is on the complete opposite side of North America anyway. This bike park, while not massive is great for the average biker. It has great variety and some large features. Just wish they could build something even bigger like a super large jump trail.

Fantastic all around. From the resort, to the bars and restaurants on side, to the trails and grooming, everything about this place made me want to come back again and again. We stayed at an Airbnb within the resort itself, saving a bit of money, but even regular pricing was cheap compared to other mountains.
The staff was always very attentive, even when I asked tons of questions. Answered quickly and with great knowledge.

Plenty to do on site even if you're not going on the mountain, as there's reading rooms, an arcade, restaurants, and sight seeing to do all around the area. Snow tubing as well, but it costs extra.

This place also has tons of cool sumner events that I'm sure I'll be back for soon!

I visited this location to go snowboarding with my friends. I wanted to take advantage of the student pricing that is offered on Thursday's. I think it's great that they look to help students afford the activity. Me and my three friends took off of work to visit the location.

Unfortunately, when we arrived and went to rent our equipment and pay for the lift, we were told that they were not honoring the student discount because it is currently the "holiday season". On the website it states that the student discount is not available on holidays.Even after we showed the manager on duty what it says on the website she did not want to honor the student discount. Given that the day we went isn't a holiday we took off of work to go to their location. We expected to pay the student discount price. On the page with the student discount information, it does not state that the student pricing wouldn't be honored during the holiday season. It specifically states on holidays the pricing won't be honored. An employee provided us with two free lift tickets and said that if we paid full price we would be able to use it next time. This was not satisfactory as we made the trip and took off of work.

I am very disappointed and aggravated that the student pricing wasn't honored as it doesn't state on the student discount page that it wouldn't be honored during this time period. Please see attached for screenshot of what it currently states on the website. This should be updated and the discounted price should be honored until then.

Thank you thank you thank you! Heaven sent staff. Amazing experience!!! I broke my wrist, (my fault) had cc issue (Uber issues) and so security and management staff went so above and beyond to help me and my son that I bc think they were heaven sent.

Went to the 1st annual clambake. The fireworks were amazing!! The food was excellent, except for the long wait time, and they were out of a lot of things. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the food issues. But everything else was great!!!

definitely not worth the wait! the lines were extremely long, about up to an hour and some change to wait. just to get a water tube was complicated. the lines at six flags go faster than these!

Felt like I am not welcomed from the front desk. Wifi is extremely slow. The Heater screams at night. 4 people came, towels soaps etc are all for 2 people, didn't get explanation about wifi, breakfast and other amenities. Encounter much more rude people having problem with my races compared to other places I have visited so far.

Very friendly staff. Anyone who wants to have their kids try it for the first time, Mt Creek is the place to take them.
They offer a free try out lesson for kids. Just a go around to test ur kid on snow and see if they like it...before u spend money on rentals.

A new company bought Mountain Creek and they changed the way you get your lift ticket, rentals and the equipment. None of it for the better. There's a kiosk that doesn't work correctly and their credit card machines failed on me and it took 20 minutes to correct . So between the parking getting my tickets and my rentals took an hour and 15 minutes then my equipment that I rented after I got on the slope the equipment failed. I gave it three stars for the young staff that work there. The staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are very very expensive compared to previous years also.

By far one of my least favorite mountains. I tied it again on a weekday and even empty it was disappointing. The bathrooms in the main lodge lack ventilation and smell terrible every time. The area to put on your gear is also not very pleasant smelling. As for the actual skiing I wish more of the lifts had bars for you to rest your skis on to my knowledge only 1 does. I was concerned from a safety standpoint as they didn t have a lift attendant present one of the times we went up.

Have skied Tahoe, the cascades, all of Colorado, and all of Utah and still love mountain creek. Does all it can with the geography and topography it has. Makes small New Jersey mountains feel big. Go after work on weeknight for 30$ and avoid lines. Convenience factor a key, on snow at 8:30, and brushing my teeth on the upper west side at 9:30 for bed haha

I really like this water Park, although it's not really a big area but there are some great water ride. But there's no option for diving if that's what you are looking for. They charge $20 for parking but there's also free public parking nearby.

The water activities were nice. It wasn't very crowded because we went during the week. The park staff were nice. The only thing that I didn't like were the hills. I would recommend this water park.

Such a poorly operated mountain. Even with the winters not cooperating these days Mountain Creek still fails with customer service and valuing season pass holders. Don't waste your money buying an overpriced season pass to creek. Instead go to resorts like Big Boulder and Blue mountain where they take customer input seriously and aren't just in it for the money.

Lots to do at mountain creek. There s the water park, zip lining, down hill mountain biking and skiing. When I went recently I went downhill mountain biking is was a lot of fun. If you go I strongly recommend wearing gloves. I still have a blister two weeks later.

Uncovered trails, severe congestion, icy snow, power outages, overpriced food ($28 for a piece of chicken in a hamburger bun, a small cup of soup and some salad), unnecessarily long rental process, shabby customer service... what more could you ask for? Better off heading upstate :(

Great local ski mountain with high tech POS / Internal system. No need for old ski lift passes when the mountain is equipped with RFID. Snow is almost always well groomed regardless of the weather. Oh and did I mention beginner and intermediate ski / snowboarding lessons are free? I d go again

Mountain creek bike park is an excellent place to go if you are a mtb enthusiast. They have everything from easy, flowy green runs, to insane steep fast rock gardens. I race enduro and love going to mountian creek to practice the rocks and corners, and when I'm sick of near death runs through the rocks, I head over to the jump tracks and have some fun. Parking is easy, getting lift tickets is a breeze, and lift lines have never been unbearable for me. I have never rented a bike, nor stopped for food, so I cannot speak towards those amenities.

We were there yesterday for Octoberfest and it was great. There were tons of people, but everyone was in good spirits and the lines were manageable. We'll have be back this winter for some snowboard action, but thanks for a great time in the off season!

Wasn't the best day weather-wise, but had a great time! Was great to see the Alpine Coaster up and running again, and I will be returning there in a couple of weeks. I recommend getting the season pass if you plan on going more than once, it definitely pays for itself!

Great terrain park, a super pipe, some huge jumps. Sometimes under groomed / icy. Has tubing and is a water park in summer. If you got the time get out of Jersey. If not creeks pretty boss.

Have always loved Mountain Creek over the years. Staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere. Only downfall is the prices are starting to get a little ridiculous. Other than that, great place.

It was our family's first trip to Mountain Creek. ...

It was our family's first trip to Mountain Creek. My two sons (7 and 9 years) were very excited to learn how to ski for the first time. We signed up our 7 year old for the "kids kamp" package and we were very impressed with the lesson. The children were in a group of 2-3 and the instructor was very attentive. Due to the positive experience during the lesson, our little one felt confident enough to continue to practice on the bunny slope. Our older son, who is 9, was grouped with the 6 other adults during his lesson (children who are 8 and older have to take lessons with adults). I was extremely disappointed with what I had observed. The instructor focused mainly on the adults and my son was left standing alone frequently during the lesson and did not receive adequate attention. By the time the lesson was over, my son did not have a clue on what to do and sadly said, "I was standing around a lot." The excitement that he felt was gone. We also went snow tubing. The tubes frequently became stuck half way down the hill and the workers had to give us a push the rest of the way. We have been to other places for snow tubing and we never had a problem with getting stuck as we made our way down. We had lunch at the lodge. The french fries were great! The pizza was just okay. The grapes had fungus and mold and when we exchanged it for another one, that package of grapes also had mold.

Mountain creek has definitely improved over the last few years. I've been impressed with the improved snow quality and grooming. The downside is the same with any resort close to NYC. The crowds could get quite large on the weekend. I prefer to go early morning and nights to beat them

Wear shoes! The pavement and steps are hot. The ground near the slides is made to look naturally rocky, which is neat but super easy to stub your toes. I just have done it 15 times.

To avoid lines we went on a day that wasn t busy. Unfortunately, because of the low attendance, they chose not to open up several of the attractions. Our plan backfired. Other than that, the rides and park were great.

Great fun, but really rough. A lot of the water rides can be borderline painful if youre not about that scene. Also its all steep inclines and declines (as it would be on a mountain) and I suggest wearing water shoes, because flip flops on a mountain is a huge mistake. Also pack 100spf sunscreen, as a good portion of the park is not shaded. Food is really expensive as well. I would have enjoyed it more if I was more prepared. You WILL be sore afterward.
