stay away. worst experience ever. horrible customer service and staff is not the brightest. we were misled by 4 different people. never coming back. spend your well earned money elsewhere.

Family of four -- son (7), daughter (5) -- had a blast snow tubing. Only downside was out of their control--limited snow, but it was 60 degrees outside today!

Food was expensive and mediocre. Hot dogs and water were over $40. Ear before you go

Mountain Creek is one of my favorite places in New Jersey. From the bike park to the Mountain roller coaster it's all a lot of fun and it's not too far out of the way for most people in the tri-state area. The Trails can be a little worn down at times with lots of breaking bumps but it's to be expected. Lots of variety and a lot of tech.

Amazing mountain to ski and snowboard. If you're looking for a great place to start learning withe sports then at Mountain Creek you'll be in great hands. Staff and instructors are incredibly well trained, enthusiastic, and great teachers; they'll have you shredding the mountain in no time.

Mountain Creek is a beautiful place with lots to do especially if You re with children. Nice comfortable rooms with lovely views and the staff is very courteous.

Was just there Sunday 3/5/17 with my daughter. Great day, nice conditions. They did a fantastic job making snow. The open trails were in great shape. Hope to get some more runs in before the end of the season when my other 2 are back from college this weekend ! Excellent job MC !

We were reserved 2hours for tubing and guess what? We only got to ride for four times. And When we were on line waiting for 20 minutes, they told us to get off the line since the time was up.

Enjoyed the terrain, even though limited. Snow quality was excellent considering limited natural snow. Ski school staff was excellent. All the staff around the mountain was helpful in anyway they could be. Highly recommended this mountain. Will be back to ski it again.

Close by to the New York area and reasonable price for lift tickets plus decently maintained trails makes it a great park to visit.

It's certainly not the Alps or Rockies, but for NJ's back door, there's some decent skiing to be had here. I like to look at this ski slope as the perfect gateway to skiing. There is a great bunny hill and a few slopes of increasing difficulty to get practice in. It's a good place to get some refresher runs in, but experienced skiers won't find much to spend a hole day here. Lift tickets are cheap though, and rentals nearby aren't too expensive so it works great for beginners and those getting back into the habit. There is even a decent bar and restaurant to get a break in.

Very bad experience! ! ! This company let toooooo many people get in, we waited two and half hours before skiing, and even they said the helmet and poles are all out. Thus, I skied without helmet and poles, which caused me fell down several times and hurt my back and head, too many people on the road is another reason for this. Btw, when they gave the ski to me, they even didn't adjust the ski based on my weights, i have never seen such this thing happened in other ski resort. This company only cares about money, even NOT about the Comstomer's safty and experience AT ALL! Never come back again and never suggest montain creek to other people.

Even more fun than advertised. The water park is a ton of fun and the bike trails are advanced and for the skilled riders only but you can enjoy the lift in the summer up and down the mountain.

Did not stay at the resort. We were here for the Spartan Race. Facilities looked amazing and made for a difficult race.

New Jersey isn t a great place to ski, but for an N.J. ski resort Mountain Creek is pretty good. The best place to ski (in N.J.) without having to go to another state.

Horrible snow tubing...!!!

No lodge to warm up, get a hot drink, facilities, or sit down and relax for a couple of minutes in between runs. Plus, offsite parking only accessible via riding their old school bus shuttle.

Really great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lots too do. Great for a quiet day/weekend getaway.

If you live close by Moutain creek, go visit! It is beautiful and so much fun, not mention the variety of food you can purchase. Food prices are like at any other attraction place, but the thing you can bring your own water bottles.

Mount creek is the best place to mountain bike North East! Love their trails, gondola and setup for the summer.

The winter is different, they have very control over the lift line. It's less of a line and more of a swarm. If you're skilled you can snake it pretty easily or just cut the whole thing entirely because the staff have zero control of the situation.

Its nothing like Vermont, you can only ride in their big park or you'll surely run into people who were never taught jump or drop ettiquite.

If you can get past the creeks rough crowd they are open at night and have loaded so many jumps and jibs into that park it deserves a freaking award.

Pretty good mountain. I'd rather go here than anywhere in PA. Planning on getting a season pass this year because it's not a bad size mountain and its not too far.

You can t beat this place. 1000 vertical and a ton of trails an hour from NYC! Been skiing here for years!

This place is awesome, be ready for extra fun with the wave pool and multiple rides, buy your ticket online it's cheaper even though it s already cheap , and go early if you wanna enjoyed

The equipment rental line takes too long on the weekend. I would say about 1 hour to get everything done. I think there should two line for boots. One line for those who already know how to put on the boots and one line for beginners.

Nice ski resort, good snow grooming even when the conditions are not great. Lines for equipment rental tend to be long and very slow, so a bit more staff would be appreciated at least when it gets crowded.

Great place except rental boots don't fit well. Trails were icy and many were closed.

This establishment has a lot of fun activities as in the winter they offer ice and snow activities and in the summer they have water park activities as well as biking it's easy to get to and fun to plan a visit

Great start to the season, rentals were closed, but I was able to bring my own gear and have a blast!

I own a condo in Great Gorge Village and have been skiing here since 1989. Best to ski here on a weekday after a snowfall when there are no lift lines. The south side is a snow board park but open to skiing too. Summers are great for mountain biking, hiking, or hanging at the tiki bar.

A great place to relax, no matter of the time of the year.

The water park in the summer is a lot of fun, but it is literally mountain water, so come on a hot day as the water is freezing! In the winter the mountain is a good beginner mountain, they host great events and it is pretty accessible being close to NYC. The only thing is their parking situation is terrible, the lot is a mess, and the potholes were scary large. It was also very icy which made me uncomfortable driving down the steep hills. I would think if you get there early enough that would not be an issue. 3 stars as it could use a bit of investment to improve the lot structure, as well as some of the facilities, but overall decent especially because it is just over an hour outside of Manhattan.

I have been coming here since I was younger to snowboard, and it's always been a great mountain to learn on and explore all three peaks. It was never anything to brag about, but since undergoing the renovations of the baseboxes, lodges, and almost total rebranding the whole mountain and experience has improved!

Lift ride was great. Electronic passes without a gate make the line go quicker.

Go to the south side. Always better, always less crowded

Crowded and there were only 2 lifts running. One lift you have to take your skis off every time. Very annoying

45 mins from NYC. Great area with a ton to do year round. Everything is pretty new especially the ski lodge at the base of the mountain.

Winter: skiing, snowboarding, and snow-tubing. A great lodge with live music, two restaurants, and two bars.
Summer: water park, skate park, and mountain biking. The lodge is also open during the summer for night life and live music. Two restaurants- each with a bar.

TOO MUCH WALKING.. I i wish there was a easier way to get back up to the rides after finishing one. Plus most of the rides were closed. Place needs to be updated a bit. It was ok

Book private lessons in advance, but other than that, great staff and instructors, and conveniently located ski area in the NY/NJ area.

You have to be careful of ice here more than our mountains, but generally well groomed. Friendly staff

Took my 11yr old daughter for skiing lessons... She's hooked... Very nice place. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

came here during president day so the crowd for rental was huge but it took about two hours to get ski rental equipment. One of lift here is a stand up lift so you don't get to rest your feet between runs. I didn't like the no rest standing lift so i took a star of for that and the 2 hour wait for ski equipment rental.

People are very nice and service is great but the mountains were ok. It's possible that the skiing wasn't that great because it didnt snow for a while but the ice made some of the runs uncomfortable.

Great day on the mountain today. Even tho there was not too much actual snowfall, they did a wonderful job of getting multiple trails open.

I would like to say that as an advance skier, there's nothing here that can really challenge me. I would like to see them cut more trails into the granite peak over the next 5 years. It looks plenty steep and could be a ton of fun.
