They are great and my kid picture turned out cute. For some reason they were a lot cheaper then my son's other school picture. I think Dunedin Elementary School need to switch over to Vernon. I got all my son's picture for around $37 my son's pictures at Dunedin Elementary was I believe $55 they do have other packages but I wanted everything and I got everything cheaper here for my other songs school I Dunedin I can only afford one picture and it cost me $22 for one very sad indeed thank you for making it affordable for me to get my son's school picture in his new school at Plato academy I hope this year my 9-year-old will be joining his brother at the same school and I hope that they continue to work with you I love the pictures they are so cute.

Vernon Photography is definitely a top school photography company - the quality of lighting and posing is beautiful in my daughter's school photo! Every other parent I have spoken with at our school says the same thing, that they are the best school photos they have gotten of their children. As a parent that has experienced other 'big' school photography companies over the years, I just have to say, we are so lucky to have Vernon in the Tampa Bay area!

Strange company. They don't want to earn money. What's customers? No, you can't just come and leave you money there. They don't want you to come. That's weird for business.

Update: So relieved and happy the manager called me to explain the misunderstanding me and their staff had on the phone. They will give us a chance to get another picture taken free of charge. Now that is excellent customer service.

The woman that answers the phones is always very kind and eager to help give information on the process, or ETA for pictures, there was once a mess up with my childs photo payment not being received by them, but she was helpful in explaining they weren't lost forever and I could pay for them online, and when I contacted my child's school, they indeed found the payment and returned it to me. It was on the Teachers desk. I appreciate her always being very kind, when kindness is a consistency, it's from the heart, and a reflection of this Company as a whole!! Thanks!!

They had done the great job at my son preschool picture twice. Plus they are so helpful to respond fast with my questions. Give them a chance and you won t regrade.

I received my son's football pictures and it did not have the information it was supposed to have on the back such as stats, height, weight, position, etc. I contacted Vernon Photography and informed them of the mishap anticipating a hassle to get the new pictures of what I ordered. Well I was pleasantly surprised! Trish who returned my call looked into my order, apologized for the mishap and said she would send a new packet of pictures without any hassle and I should receive them within 2 weeks. That is what I call a customer Experience! Kudos Vernon Photography!

I recieved my portraits almost 2 months late and when I received them, they had puncture wounds in the 8x10 and each of the other sheets. When we spoke to discuss my concerns, she attempted to deflect and blame the postal service instead of taking ownership and listen to feedback. I wasn't looking for reprints, I just wanted to express my frustration and dissapointment and maybe offer a solution to avoid this from happening in the future. However, the lady was more interested in providing their resume and how long they have been in business, rather than actually listening. I really hope in the future my kids school does not use this company. Many others may have had a great experience but not me.
