When I received my self-install kit, I found they signed me up for the WiFi service, which I did not ask for. I called them and asked to have it fixed and was told once the order is submitted, they can't help. So, they can do the order wrong, but not fix it...
About an hour later, they called back and said it was taken care of, saying they talked to someone at Spectrum. A few days later, when I called Spectrum with an install issue, I asked about the $5 WiFi fee and it was still on my account. I was able to get them to remove it without charging me a fee to change service. Also, I had to make a trip to the Spectrum store to return the router that was sent to me because of the incorrect order. Their service is supposed to save me time, but I think they failed...
