This company did a terrible job. They told me to have the utilities turned on the same day the previous owner had them turned off to avoid a reconnection fee. No problem with Ameren for the electric. But Spire did charge me for gas. The big issue was with Spectrum...

When I received my self-install kit, I found they signed me up for the WiFi service, which I did not ask for. I called them and asked to have it fixed and was told once the order is submitted, they can't help. So, they can do the order wrong, but not fix it...

About an hour later, they called back and said it was taken care of, saying they talked to someone at Spectrum. A few days later, when I called Spectrum with an install issue, I asked about the $5 WiFi fee and it was still on my account. I was able to get them to remove it without charging me a fee to change service. Also, I had to make a trip to the Spectrum store to return the router that was sent to me because of the incorrect order. Their service is supposed to save me time, but I think they failed...

I had a very positive experience with this service. They were able to set me up to get my utilities going on the day of our close. Above and beyond, they gave me good deals with Home Depot and Sears (including a concierge service), which I was not expecting. I have recommended to my house buying friends that they use this service.

This company needlessly complicated transferring my services to my new home. It resulted in me spending large amounts of time fixing what they messed up. Do yourself a favor and just transfer your own utilities.

For the services they offer, OneSource goes above and beyond -- they are professional, educated, communicative, and prompt. Unfortunately, the limitations of what they do and do not offer make the service less valuable.

For our move, they were only able to manage new account set-up -- not cancellations. Since we were moving locally, this meant that we still had to call most of the companies they were contacting on our behalf.

The service may have saved us a small amount of time, but only one complete phone call was handled on our behalf. The rest were partially managed, and I still spent gobs of time on hold with the utility companies.

That said, the OneSource team was great to work with. Might be more beneficial for a long-distance move. To OneSource: consider adding cancellation services!

I have never left a negative review in my life, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go to work in corporate world.
Unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor.
that every 30 minutes interval pinging in group-chat about the status of your task. its like you spend more time on group-chats than the actual work. It is better to be alone than in bad company.

This company is great! They set up everything for you on the date you ask, they're very informative, and they get you exactly what you want. For certain services, you may be required to contact them yourself (like electric in my case), but they provide you with all the information you need to get in contact with them. They also offer a lot of coupons and discounts on other services as well. They offered me a deal on a home security system that I was not interested in, but they were not pushy about it at all. I highly recommend using this company to set up all your services when buying a new home. They're free and they save you a lot of trouble!

They will tell you one thing and do something else. My rebate was to be credited on my ADT bill but they put the credit on a credit card that was paid off and not even mine. I did not give permission or authorization to do so. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do but they caused this mess. I m not out $150.00.

The people at OneSource are great to work with. They go out of their way to make sure everything is going smoothly. They keep a person informed every step of the way. I have been relocated 8 time during my career. this is the first time I have been treated with so much respect and help.
