Truly unprofessional, to get the money and sell smoke they are very good, then they came on their honeymoon to make the tour, they changed the stages, we found ourselves with insects under the sheets and paid for honeymoon benefits we ended up with separate beds instead of fruit and drinks in the room, a shame. I will never choose this company again because it has not the slightest expected what were the expectations seen in the catalog.

Wonderful Christmas.

Wonderful Christmas.
It was our first experience of spending Christmas in the heat and it will surely remain an unforgettable experience. The village is located in an optimal position, overlooking a beautiful white sand beach, and is not particularly affected by the phenomenon of low tide. The structure is well articulated with a restaurant overlooking the sea, where you could find a wide choice of meat and above all exquisitely cooked fish. The very spacious rooms, even equipped with 2 double beds, cleaned daily and of course equipped with air conditioning. Another strong point is the animation group we found, led by Matteo and backed by Giorgio, Samuele, Sara, Alessia and Lisa. All young and with a lot of charge, each with their own skills has been able to brighten this holiday, without ever becoming too intrusive. For lovers of Beach Tennis there is a beautiful field, equipped with a protective net, where Matteo will be well available to make you spend hours of fun. Greetings also to Thomas, a Masai boy who works inside the village, very nice and kind. The only painful note therefore remains on the day of the return but I sincerely hope that there will be another opportunity to relive these moments and embrace all the boys.

My review is not about a particular place, but Veratour. I have been traveling for a few years with "Vera" and now I am tired because it IS NOT POSSIBLE to sell a holiday at a certain price and then every single time I have to add 300 euros of fuel adjustment !!! (travel as a couple). In my opinion it is not correct behavior and I will consider other options. Now it is not up to me to understand if it is the Neos or the Veraclub that "grinds us" but I do not like it. A company declared among the best should also stand out in these things.

I don't know if the channel is the right one but I needed to communicate to Veratour what happened during our vacation that we recently spent at the Veraresort Thavorn Palm beach in Phuket in Thailand, and a complaints office is not present on the Veratour website.
We are a group of 4 people who booked in February 2019 a trip to Thailand from 10/11/2019 to 11/22/2019 with two stops in Bangkok at the Pullmann G Hotel and the second at the Thavorn Palm beach in Phuket with club formula, to celebrate our 25 years of marriage.
Unfortunately we are very sorry for the inconveniences we had to face during our stay from 11/14/2019 to 11/21/2019 at the Thavorn Palm beach in Phuket ..
Honestly, having booked with Veratour, we expected a more careful holiday in detail, given the fame it enjoys, unfortunately it was not so for us; because in the structure there was no relaxation for which we were destined because the noisy works of continuous building and gardening maintenance inside the structure caused us a continuous and not indifferent auditory disturbance, hindering our rest.
Perhaps Veratour did not know about these jobs but he disturbed us a lot.
As far as catering is concerned, it turned out to be very bad, in contrast to what has been bragged in the catalog, even the Italian chef was absent only on the penultimate day (at the end of the holiday). We found the daily reception of the catering staff not up to par, given that at dinner time we often saw ourselves forced to lay the table because the staff did not carry out the preparation of the tables in time (8:00 pm) ). The food was almost the same with the same dishes revisited for both lunch and dinner as well as being mainly local and not very international, among other things the Italian dishes of choice that we moreover had as Veratour customers, were delivered to us at the end of the meal, after coffee. The Veratour staff present on site tried to assist us, but with little result. Among the Italian groups Veratour present on the spot ran the same complaints every time they went to the table.
Then, the two restaurants promised in the contract really were not there, only one was present and working for us Veratour customers only once a week by reservation. The errata corrige attesting to the presence of only one restaurant we received one week before departure, on a trip that we had booked and blocked in February 2019. Not to mention the excursions booked inside the structure from the Veratour headquarters, excessively expensive compared to those booked outside having the same requirements. in short it seems to me a little too much. However the rest of the holiday went well but Veratour should pamper its customers by placing a greater degree of attention on these things that are fundamental for us Italians: food and relaxation. I don't know if we will choose Veratour again, for now we are just annoyed and disappointed with a holiday that was supposed to be a blaze of satisfaction and instead proved to be tiring.
Among other things during our stay in the structure we immediately contacted our agent in Rome to inform him of our discomfort as well as having exposed him to the Veratour representatives on site who were unable to answer us appropriately and comprehensively.

Impeccable states but with regard to catering I think that veraclub can not be entrusted to certain kitchens imaginable, provided I know well the Tunisian standards. I recommend to veratour to run the kitchen or no longer propose this structure for the seriousness that distinguishes you. Lecce Maurizio

We returned Thursday from Sharm el Sheik, the village sharm oasis beach resort with Veratour.
Their evening entertainment is very varied and nice for us that we are a family with 2 boys of different ages, however, it is a little dispersive.
The excursions are varied we have made 4 including the grand safari, very nice and well organized apart from the stops at points where they offer discounts on purchases of manufactured papyri etc. that are useless and of little value.
Our guide and assistant Saro was very patient with some people of our group who have harassed him with behaviors not very polite, very prepared also in the various explanations during the excursions.
Unfortunately I can not be satisfied with all the assistance in particular on the day of departure, we were abandoned by them and by the hotel staff from 12 we left the keys, no one helped us for adequate support until 19 hours of departure .
On the last day we paid him as the first and I do not find the disinterestedness of the Veratour structure and assistants right.

I just came back from the Village of Donnalucata. The village could be better maintained outside it does not look like a 4 star entrance, weeds and abandoned cars. The interior is better even the rooms. As for the food could be abundant but unfortunately it is often cold or warm the choice of first and second is not abundant, it was the first time I went to Sicily but I tasted a little of the place. It's a pity. I liked the animation very non-invasive but present and familiar.

A fascinating Resort, not the classic mega dispersed villages. In one day you know everything and everyone and availability and hospitality make everything beautifully simple and beautiful. Just returned from the village las morlas removed the animators (fantastic Morena, Giorgia David, Andrea Francesca Nicole and Justin) and the Italian chef (Gianluca), I can unfortunately say that I was really disappointed by everything else: rudeness of reception, cleaning of the rooms to suck in 15 days have never washed the bathroom and changed the sheets.
Honestly going with veraclub I thought to be protected from this point of view but I was very disappointed. !!!!!

this to report my complete dissatisfaction with the services offered by veratour during my stay at the Palmira Isabela Hotel in Palma de Mallorca.
1. I booked and paid for a triple room, but I received a very small double room with an openable armchair as a third bed, the armchair was not provided with a mattress but only with a net on which there was a blanket folded to act as a mattress (my daughter had a bad back all the holiday).
2. I have never been provided with towels, but I had to promptly request them every night at the time of the shower, when after several insistence I was given broken, torn or stained.
3. The kitchen was very bad.
4. On the last night of my stay my daughter had a fever of 39. The next day I had a check-out at 12 and a departure from the hotel at 7 pm. I then turned to the assistant Veraclub of the Palmira Isabela, Mrs. Caterina , who without a minimum of cordiality told me that nothing could be done and I had to make do or ask at the reception. I explained to her that I would be willing to pay the room for an extra day, but she categorically told me it wasn't possible. The lady had presented herself as a veratour manager in the structure, therefore as the one who could have solved the problems that emerged. I am a single woman with an 80% invalidity and two little girls, one with a fever of 39 and the other with earache. I believe that the manager Caterina should have made an effort to resolve the issue in some way, but she has absolutely washed her hands in an unfriendly and rude manner. I then asked at reception but still at 15:00 they threw me in the sun. It is shameful to receive such a service.
5. In the same way I would like to point out the professionalism, the attention, the care in the customer and the sensitivity of the animators and the kids of the miniclub who have done everything possible to make the holiday always pleasant and have also tried to help me to solve the problem of the last day. On the animators, I would all like to express the utmost satisfaction.

Returned yesterday from the Veratour Barone di Mare, a 5-star praise to all the jokes and pastry chefs of the excellent food full of flavors, colors and raw materials. Given that I am differently Able and right from the start the attention and care shown has been commendable and professional, I want to thank everyone right. Very helpful, kind, and attentive not only to me but to all those in need. A special thanks to the ladies Bruna and Ondina who worked with passion and attention, thanks also to the reception team ready to solve even as Luca the problems due to my movement, including the beach boys who physically made my beach access possible. I can't list all of them but I can highly recommend the facility and thanks again to everyone.

Twice a year I take a holiday with friends and several times with veratour. We have always enjoyed the villages are nice, the staff available, nice evening shows and excellent animation. We almost always book three doubles and a fourth single use and it is x this is what I give only three stars you pay too much for the supplement. In fact lately I am looking for alternative tour operators who do not apply the supplement at least at the beginning and end of the season. Too bad because I decide for our group and would gladly choose you.

Many but that I say Tantissimissimi Congratulations to this wonderful resort the Sunset Beach Resort Zanzibar a Village not too big but I would say Perfect in all its forms. Upon arrival there was immediately welcome, cordiality and a lot of Availability from all the staff of the Reception. They immediately went to our room that say Wonderful Suite for our Honeymoon I have to say huge with the balcony overlooking the sea, then we immediately went to have breakfast very rich in many good things. Then it's time for lunch after walking around the village we reached the restaurant to eat, what to say so much stuff and I would say it all really good and well served.At 14 then there was a welcome aperitif from all the staff Animazione and not solo.Comunque returning to the sodo was a Fantastic Honeymoon and all this Grazieeeeeee to Veratuor I have to thank everyone from the first to the whole staff Animation verame Cristian, Dario, Sergio, Claudia, Giorgia, Barbara and then Ilaria with its fantastic massages and then again Cinzia organizing the fantastic Excursions and still the whole staff of the bar and all the staff of the Restaurant with its Fantastic Chef if I am forget someone forgive me for the rest all really perfect I would say ...... still many many Congratulations

We stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach in Phuket from 4 to 11 April 2017 and due to the more unstable weather we would never have called this a nice holiday. But thanks to the presence of a truly exceptional Veratour Team of other guests with whom we immediately got in tune, we can say that we spent an unforgettable week. Thanks to the volcanic Brooks, the sweet Patty, the scratchy Nicole rock singer who cheered our evenings, the good cook Giuseppe who went out of his way to always satisfy us. A special thanks to our assistant Luigi, a person of great professionalism combined with a very rare gift of humanity that has never left us alone, solving even the most insignificant problems. Finally, thanks to Veratour, which makes use of such efficient, generous and enthusiastic collaborators in carrying out its work to satisfy everyone, even the most demanding customers.

We were sold an All-inclusive package holiday but found ourselves having to pay for everything, including decaffeinated coffee and hot tea.
We stayed at the Scoglio della Galea resort & spa hotel, the room smelled of mold and the shower room smelled of sewage. We always had to leave the windows open, even when we weren't in the room. The anti-covid measures were not respected and we had to intervene several times to draw due attention. Uncooperative Veratour Assistants. Bad blaring music all day both on the beach and in the pool. The "singer" could perhaps receive some praise from the caraoke.
It was not possible to check in online as Veratour made a single booking in neon by associating our names with those of other unknown people. Result we had to fly separately
For us it was the first experience with Veratour but difficult to think of choosing it again.

We have just returned from Mexico from the resort ...

We have just returned from Mexico from the resort Catalonia Royal Tulum beach and Spa resort ... what to say, is a wonderful village, surrounded by unspoiled nature that overlooks a dream sea. We enjoyed it so much that we will certainly be back. The village offers an exceptional all-inclusive (you have to eat and drink almost 24 hours a day), for all your requests they are always there ready to help you. They are so well provided that inside the hall you can find an ATM to exchange currency.
The animation guys (Sara, Joele, Lucio, Ronny, Samuele) are fantastic, funny but never intrusive. Keep it up because you're crazy.
Thank you for everything and thanks for the dream you made us live, see you soon !!!

Wonderful location, to live in full in all its facets. Very professional staff, always available and with a unique sympathy. Excellent presence since arrival at the airport of Fuerteventura, comfort in the hotel and organization of the days very accurate in all details. Excursions, sporting events, darts competitions, ping pong, briscola competitions or scale 40 or other 100 ways to make us spend some fantastic days. We have just returned from a holiday in Varadero at the Las Morlas Village (CUBA), a unique disappointment, the old structure to say dilapidated is not exaggerated, in the room there was the French window that gave onto the balcony that blew air from every corner, the old bathroom with a thousand problems, the bedroom door every time you had to open or close it lost the handle. The kitchen thanks to the good cook Marco (unique) who with his first courses knew how to solve the situation every day very precarious. The starters were the recycling of the previous days. Both the first courses and the second courses were repetitive, seven days a week morning and evening. The cleaning of the rooms and rooms is very slow and untreated, before 16.00 the rooms were not redone and in a seventh we never had the change of towels (x other, also not very clean). The bars were always without drinks such as mojto, prosecco, etc.
The animation was often absent and not very engaging in games, oratory shows. In the end x being short was a real rip-off, surely we will never go back.

I called the office to try to get info about the summer opening of the Barone di Mare (village in which I booked a 2-week stay in August) worried about the covid emergency and to find out what precautions are being prepared.

The answer was absolutely RUDE and ANTIPATIC: I was told that the village will open and therefore any cancellation is MY PROBLEM and that therefore I will have to pay a penalty of 1,100 euros (out of 2,500 deposit already paid) without giving me any further information. why don't you have to do it ...

We stayed at the Veratour of Mauritius. Small, clean and well organized village thanks to the animation guys who were welcoming, professional and always respectful. We remember with pleasure Giuseppe (head of animation) who has a disruptive Neapolitan sympathy but is also a polite and lovely person with children (he had nicknamed our girl "princess") .. Besides Angelo who was kind, ready to organize games, tournaments and to keep the guests company (even playing with our three-year-old girl) .. Camilla who is good, serious and professional ... Cristopher who cheered us with music. Eating good even if the choice was not vast but still such as to always satisfy all needs. The beautiful place, with the white beach that allows long walks..the sea is not Maldivian but still beautiful..there are alghette that are constantly swept and white corals everywhere .. Ultimately a nice vacation.
