I called the office to try to get info about the summer opening of the Barone di Mare (village in which I booked a 2-week stay in August) worried about the covid emergency and to find out what precautions are being prepared.

The answer was absolutely RUDE and ANTIPATIC: I was told that the village will open and therefore any cancellation is MY PROBLEM and that therefore I will have to pay a penalty of 1,100 euros (out of 2,500 deposit already paid) without giving me any further information. why don't you have to do it ...
