The show was great sounded better than the last show
Nice venue, have been to many events there. Parking has always been an issue, most people usually have to park behind the Civic center.
Great seats, staff was friendly, easy walk from the hotel.
Watched the local professional (SPHL) hockey team here all the time not a bad seat in the house for Thunderbolt games.
We were very, very excited to see President Trump!! It would have been a much better experience if we could have heard him as loudly as the pre-speech music. Seated in the upper level, we regretfully missed several of his remarks. Also, being far away from the stage and having no binoculars, it would have been really great to view him on the big screen.
Graduation ceremony but too many people saving 20 to 30 seats!!
This is a very nice facility and the amenities are still in good condition. There weren't a lot of food options but not everything was open for our event.
I like the new Ford Center but I wish it was bigger.
Great place to Host Graduation... Seating wonderful. Esculator stopped working walked the steps. Security was tight. Turned people around with big purses.
Drinks are little high and bathrooms need to be attended to a little better and in wrkn order but other than that it's a great place to bring your friends and family for some fun
Went to the Breaking Benjamin concert there and had a blast. Very nice place too
Awesome grandkids loved Disney on Ice just put your walking shoes on for anything at Ford Center
A great place to go for basketball or hockey games. Every seat is a good seat.
It's always hit and stuffy but it has some good shows
We watched Disney on Ice and it was awesome !! The skaters were amazing and on point! The biggest downfall is the toys that they are selling are 20 to 30 dollars inside.. while outside they are 15 and fall down to 10 when the show is just about to begin just a tiny tip :)
Very nice, convenient, comfortable enjoyed being there.
Took my son to a cheer competition and was told his peanut butter to help control his hypoglycemia was to be thrown out. When we told them why he needed it, they said that it was too tough and he could leave. When we asked to talk to the manager she took attitude and said oh well. Rules are rules.
Parking no problem. Plenty of free places with a short walk. They would not let moms bring in diaper bags. Real issue with a three hour circus plus if anyone wanted to come early for rides or face paint. They hand checked purses so it should not be that hard to check a diaper bag. I think the really annoying thing for the mothers was they found this out at the door. So sevreal had to walk all the back to where they parked with a child. The ford center is nice enough. However they should do something about the random venders walking down the rows of seats not when they have a sale but just to pith the products. The seating here is tight anyway. This person with a try of toys coming down the row every 15 minutes kind of sucked.
Hey, check out the top notch security stationed at the back door!
The higher tier has no room between isles to get through from one end to the other end.
I ve been to both a hockey game and a concert here, and I was pleased with both. The acoustics in the arena made for an awesome concert! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Awesome stadium! We attended a Christian concert Winter Jam. Top notch venue. Super modern facility. Clean bathrooms . Easy access to all areas. No parking lot on premises. However, there is plenty parking spots surrounding the area with walking distance. Private and private parking available.
I don't expect a location to go against their policies, but for a facility to have an outdoor NON-SMOKING section where non-smokers can go outside and re-enter yet not allow a smoker to exit/re-enter the building or offer an area to smoke is about the biggest slap in the face a business can make.
If you only want a non-smoking clientele then perhaps you should say so up front. Politically correct discrimination at it's finest .
Fun concert with great group of musicians. Casting Crowns and Zack Williams.
Nice venue with plenty of room to walk and sit comfortably. Easy access to venue. Parking a bit of a pain but can't have it all
Watched my first Aces game at the Ford Center this evening. Aces WON! Beautiful facility...Can't wait to see the Aces play again.
Awesome place to see a concert! Easy in and out, free parking!
We came.they played. We.did it again in the morning. Somewhere else
The center was nice and clean. The workers was very polite. Prices wasn't bad I had went to a hockey game ,so not sure about during other events
Needs more restrooms and parking can be hard to find
Too many country acts. Needs more variety and concerts period for that matter.
Rude service by waitresses in the Suites. Every one was great except these two. I was told to leave my seat by waitresses after showing ticket a multitude of time stating I belong in this area. When I asked for help I was denied by them both. I called Ford Center and complained. Neither were my waitresses for section. They harassed me for no reason. It was my friend first at Ford and says it will be her last.
Seating was pretty good for a stadium. Just about every seat has a good view.
The show was great. The facility is great, there's really not a bad seat in the stadium. However, my 3 star rating is based on the number of people (women/mothers) being forced to return purses and bags to their cars because they were "too big". I've never seen this policy so strictly enforced---definitely overkill!!
The Convention was awesome. The theme of "Love" was demonstrated from beginning to end!!!
It was a blast to see the wrestling matches,1st time for me here....Nice
Cool place but no parking and easy to loose your way in the bulding
This place was built and designed for you to come and enjoy your favorite band or ball game can't till next time
Probably the best minor league hockey stadium I have ever been to. A brand new facility that is clean and easily accessible if you are staying downtown. Beers were a bit pricey (except for the $2 Bud Light's before the game) and not all the food and drink vendors were open so getting refreshments was a little difficult.
The Ford Center is a great place for Evansville IN. I really enjoyed my first visit there but setting on top of people is very uncomfortable..However the seats set to low and I noticed are not wide enough for people. They are elbow to elbow and there needs to be lots I mean lots of extra seats on first couple rows for handicap accessible..
The Ford Center was great had plenty of spiritual food and people all loving each other different races coming together best place ever to be on Friday Saturday and Sunday,. Love, love
Great sound system. Parking is free. Smokers! You have no where to smoke or vape, and no re entry. So bring gum or patches. Thats the worst. The bar is limited. no red bull or crown apple. Other than that, an awesome place.
Nice atmosphere and impressive venue for a town the size of Evansville
The seats are too close together and most of the refreshments are over priced but other than that the place is great. You defiantly need to catch a hockey game here sometime. GO THUNDERBOLTS!
So glad that the Ford center hosted Winter jam again this year. It was exciting and very uplifting to hear Christians talk about their faith and worship our great God.
GodSmack and Volbeat!!!
The Security Team was very professional but yet polite and orderly, when having to deal with a situation near us!
Seats are comfortable, staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the variety of shows is wide enough for every taste.
Smaller which makes almost any seat a good view. The row right above the floor on the sides is a great seat.
The Ford Center and it's management were a huge disappointment. While attending a concert here everyone was forced to wait at the doors and line up into the street. It was a cold day, the lines were backed up across the street and the street was not closed off to protect pedestrians. Traffic was frequent.
The doors opened only 45 minutes prior to the concert beginning.
Would it not have been more profitable for this organization to open the doors earlier to provide the people attending the concert a warm place to be and a safe haven from the street as well as additional food and beverage sales for this facility while people waited, with extra time, inside, for the concert to begin?
Poor management in my opinion, all the way around.
Took my daughters to the circus. They loved it! I like how the website is set up where you can see exactly where your seats are going to be when you choose them.
Went to see the circus with my 4 year old son loved it! I liked it that the popcorn, drink concession and restrooms were so close. Not far from where are seats were very convienant.
