A few years ago I was introduced to U-MAN. I followed it, along with some other business persons, on the line TEAM 1 (feel the human factor within a company and understanding), and this to the great satisfaction. To date, I use what I have learned at U-MAN almost daily. In the meantime, our entire team within the office has enjoyed a short version of this training, which is a nice added value. In the future, we will undoubtedly still rely on the U-MAN training courses.

Ik heb hier zoveel van geleerd en het is net of de puzzelstukken op hun plaats zijn gevallen. bij U-man wordt je bijna een op een begeleid in de cursussen. dat maakt dat je alles begrijpt wat er in de cursus uitgelegd wordt. Door het volgen van deze cursussen krijg je een beter inzicht in, bv. de menselijke factor (team 1) welke je direct kan gebruiken op de werkvloer en in het dagelijks leven. ik volgde reeds twee sessies en weet zeker dat er nog zullen volgen. in het verleden heb ik ook bij andere instituten opleiding gevolgd. Deze waren leuk om te doen maar de waarde van de opleiding is toch zeker lager dan bij U-man. Als bedrijfsleider kan je nooit genoeg kennis hebben. bij U-man kunnen ze deze kennis bijbrengen. Zeker een aanrader.
