Very satisfied with the course 'a new perspective on team 1 & 2'. Great support received from the renewed team. It was high time for this refreshment: playing with the ARC tools and tone scale. I still wonder how fantastic people are. I will definitely go home with a good feeling.

The courses well to fit into a budding career I have to learn other ways to deal with conflict. The course still proves its usefulness in dealing with different personalities on a daily basis.

De trainingen zijn erg professioneel en praktijkgericht zodat deelnemers de gesprekstechnieken direct in hun werk kunnen toepassen en zich gaandeweg in de benodigde vaardigheden kunnen verdiepen. Ook de regelmatig terugkerende vervolgtrainingen zorgen ervoor dat de aangeleerde vaardigheden blijvend worden toegepast.

I have already followed several courses and this is at least a serious organization that you really want to achieve results and is really interested in their customers. Quite a few training centers put the marketing for their own business in the first place. At U-man, you want to deliver real added value. A few years ago I was introduced to U-MAN. I followed it, along with some other business persons, on the line TEAM 1 (feel the human factor within a company and understanding), and this to the great satisfaction. To date, I use what I have learned at U-MAN almost daily. In the meantime, our entire team within the office has enjoyed a short version of this training, which is a nice added value. In the future, we will undoubtedly still rely on the U-MAN training courses.

I have followed the multi-day communication training. It was my first training with U-Man. The step-by-step and practical method of training allows you to master the theory well.

Ik volgde reeds verschillende cursussen bij U-Man te Mechelen waaronder Workshop Team 1: De menselijke factor in de onderneming. Deze workshop zou ik aan iedereen willen aanraden. Hierbij krijg je zoveel meer inzicht in de gemoedstoestand van de mensen en leer je hoe met hen om te gaan. Ik heb hier zoveel van geleerd en het is net of de puzzelstukken op hun plaats zijn gevallen. Nu schat ik situaties sneller en beter in waardoor alles vlotter loopt of sneller en adequaat afgehandeld kunnen worden.
Verder is de manier van leren bij U-Man heel uniek, je wordt er prima begeleid en je krijgt de tijd om alles in je eigen tempo onder de knie te krijgen.

During my training 'Team 1' I got to know myself and immensely improve myself in dealing with people. This both within the organization and in my private life.
The insights are very recognizable. Through the practical exercises, applying these insights went pretty smoothly, but I continue to be attentive that I continue to apply this.

bij U-man wordt je bijna een op een begeleid in de cursussen. dat maakt dat je alles begrijpt wat er in de cursus uitgelegd wordt. Door het volgen van deze cursussen krijg je een beter inzicht in, bv. de menselijke factor (team 1) welke je direct kan gebruiken op de werkvloer en in het dagelijks leven. ik volgde reeds twee sessies en weet zeker dat er nog zullen volgen. in het verleden heb ik ook bij andere instituten opleiding gevolgd. Deze waren leuk om te doen maar de waarde van de opleiding is toch zeker lager dan bij U-man. Als bedrijfsleider kan je nooit genoeg kennis hebben. bij U-man kunnen ze deze kennis bijbrengen. Zeker een aanrader.
